My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Both Dan and Ed were great to deal with. Ed provided me with my options, was efficient, answered all of my questions, and offered none of the negative pressure that I have seen from other dealers. Dan was the perfect salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product, my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, he answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price and helped me decide what I wanted. He then was extremely responsive to all of my follow up questions. I cannot imagine a better buying experience from start to finish. Thank you.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
The last time I purchased a new vehicle was in 1970, so this was really almost a new experience for me. Dan Arsenault was very helpful and showed me the options available in the Jeep Patriot that I had chosen. He negotiated a great price from his manager for a black eep that was on the lot and was totally understanding when I completely changed my mind (a woman's prerogative of course !!!). I ordered a Jeep in the color I preferred and he said it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. He also gave me an option to take one that was already ordered and would be in stock in 1-2 weeks. That one had an extra feature and would be slightly more than the one I had ordered. There was NO pressure to take the one that had a higher price tag - the decision was totally mine to make when that Jeep came in. I said in jest that the least he could do was have balloons when I picked up the Jeep, seeing as how this was the first new car I had purchased since 1970. I was just being facetious, but when I picked up the Jeep, he handed me a several huge balloons. Obviously he had made a note in the file. He had already made the sale, so the balloons were a fun way to celebrate my purchase.

I had a really great experience at Papa's Dodge. They answered all my questions that I had and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I left with a brand new 2012 Jeep Patriot and I've enjoyed it so far. I would recommend them to anybody.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Buying my new Jeep was the best car experience I have had - with Chrysler/Jeep - or any other dealer I've worked with. Dan was patient and friendly, taking my wife and I on test drives, explaining the features and options of each vehicle we asked about (Grand Cherokee, Durango and Liberty). He offered great information, advice and answered every question we had politely and intelligently.
Once we had made our choice he passed our information to Finance and kept us informed throughout the process while making sure we were set up for a free lunch at the Diner (right inside the dealership!. My two doughters totally enjoyed exploring the entire dealership, watching TV on the big screen, and even playing with Diva Dog of the dealership - Claudia.
Once we were approved and ready to take home our vehicle we met with Ed Koziol (the Finance guy) and again were very happy with our experince as we discussed options and completed paperwork. Ed explained some addtional options with no pressure or "oversellin" - just helpful explanations and another great experience.
It was a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! Dan and Ed were a pleasure to work with, both personable and professional. I will definitely be telling my friends about my great buying experience at Papa's Dodge. And when it is time to get a new Durango next year I'll be calling Dan Arsenault. I won't waste my time going anywhere else for my next new vehicle.

Dan was great. He was in frequent contact with me. He always emailed me back as soon as I emailed him. He made us feel welcome and helped me drive away with the car that I wanted. What I appreciate the most about Dan is him holding the car for us until we were ready to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to others and would buy my next car from him.

Jeromy assisted with my purchase throughout the entire process, and he was quite knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to deal with. Papa's Dodge is a class organization. If they are not sure of an answer, they ask someone else to get you the right answer. I had visited many other dealerships and simply got the run-around. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend their service to friends and family.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
We had been looking for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited with very specific options and we are a tough customer when it comes to price. We researched many, many dealerships and were willing to travel cross-country if necessary to get the exact vehicle we wanted in the price we needed to be in, and while we didn't have to travel that far, Papa's was worth the 2 and 1/2 hour drive from home for us. They had the exact Sahara Unlimited we wanted with our specific options in stock and the price was very good,Dan Arsenault started with us by email and he realized immediately that we were from a distance away and we were not going to be coming back and forth to search for a vehicle and negotiate prices. Dan gave us his best possible price and it was certainly within the best prices we had seen on this particular vehicle, we had one dealer who offered us a better price by $67 but after they offered us that price they were unable to produce a vehicle to match which was frustrating to say the least.
Dan was very responsive through email, his answers to our questions were thorough and insightful and he certainly knows his product. Making the decision to go with this dealer was a big choice for us when we had many, many dealers closer to us calling and wanting business and we honestly prefer to give local business but in this case we tried and it just didn't make good financial sense...and certainly none of the dealers we worked with were as knowledgable as Dan on the product they were selling...Dan definitely went through the vehicle with us to make sure we knew how to operate the high tech toys we had in it and even made sure our bluetooth, voice commands and personal information was set in our media center for the ride home...

While we were at the dealership finance office (prepared for the usual nightmare of doing the paperwork) we found out that they acutally had beat our best finance offer that we had already in place and got us an even more fantastic finance rate/term!!...typically you go into a dealership at the time of purchase and find all those things that the dealer doesn't tell you about....BUT NOT HERE!!! We were in and done with the paperwork (even being out of state and having to do out of state paperwork) You certainly made the paperwork process the most painless experience we have ever with new cars!!

I haven't even mentioned how fun the actual dealership is...they have done a great job of design in this building and even our daughter and son ended enjoying being with us....there is true entertainment here for children: little arcade, real play area with real toys (not broken filthy toys that you don't want your child touching) diner area for goodies
I have tried to be detailed to really explain what a positive experience this was for us and give credit where it's due...we would definitely travel down there again to purchase...

I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I was extremely pleased by the experience at Papa's. To obtain the color and options I specifically wanted I had to order the Jeep and it arrived a week before the expected delivery time, as ordered. Dan, Angel and Mark provided excellent service throughout the process.
