My Review of Airport Honda:
I have received continuous excellent customer service from everyone at this dealership. I brought my new used car in a week after purchasing to have some options added to it, and I was put into a rental car for the day. The service department arranged that for me immediately after I got checked in, and I barely had time to relax in the waiting area before the rental car service arrived. Honda covered the costs of the rental, too, which I very much appreciated. The service work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and I think a quality job was done. Everyone in the shop was very nice and pleasant (even on a rainy day). I made a last-minute request when I picked up my car - I'd bought a trunk liner and exhaust tip and asked if they could be installed right then and there before I left the shop. The guys in the service area (Dayton was particularly helpful) were all too happy to do those things for me, and they exceeded my expectations by not charging me for those quick installations since I had just bought my car. Normally taking a car in for service of any kind, even just an oil change, would annoy me, but, at Airport Honda, the service is fast and efficient and friendly. I have great expectations for my return visits to the dealership for service in the future.
