Hello, I'm Diane Hyder, Customer Relations Manager for Germain Honda of Dublin. I'm a new member of the Germain Honda team but have been in the automotive industry for about 4 years working as a CRM. My approach to customer service is quite easy, I treat each and every customer like I would want my mother to be treated.

My Review Of Germain Honda of Dublin:

Female general manager. Female client concierge. After some "consumer" homework and locating the two vehicles online in the Germain inventory that we were interested in we phoned for an appointment. After some minor communication setbacks we spoke with Diane (CC) whose exceptional abilities and guidance allowed the process to continue. We met with Erin (SC), finding her to be both somewhat knowledgeable and disarmingly charming (fairly certain we left $300 on the table). All in all I can think of no other auto dealership, of any make, in central or northwest ohio at which I'd rather purchase or lease a new Honda. I've dealt with most of them to one degree or another over the years. Besides, if SHE's happy I'm happy!

My Review Of Germain Honda of Dublin:

I had a great experience with Germain Honda of Dublin. I was first in contact with Diane Hyder by internet who was very friendly and was very prompt in getting back with me. Then I was contacted by Jeff Carroll who assisted me in the lease of my new car. He was an outstanding sales clerk, customer service was excellent. He even gave me a jar of his hot salsa - which was gone in a day. Jack Lee was very kind in assisting the finance part of the deal and Ray Stagle did an awesome job in explaining the features of the car. This was a great overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a car. Thanks and God Bless!

My Review Of Germain Honda of Dublin:

I made initial contact with the dealer through their webpage. Chris and Diana provided me with some prices and followed up with a phone call to answer some more questions. When I went to the dealer I met Chris and looked over the new CR-V. I knew what I wanted and Chris had my trade-in appraised right away. Chris and I were able to agree on the numbers pretty quickly. It was a smooth, low stress process. Not like a lot of local dealers. I was promplty processed through finance and ready to take delivery. Delivery took some time, but it was the last day of the month and the dealer was busy. Overall, Chris was a champ and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda.
