As a single woman looking for a luxury vehicle, I was nervous at first at how I would be received. I had concerns about being dismissed to quickly or not being seen as a serious inquiry.
From the first phone call with Donna I felt welcomed. Eric Williams gave me the initial tour and test drive. He was very thorough at not only telling me about the features of the SRX, but explaining the benefits of each one before we even started the drive. He really listened to the things I said were important instead of trying to sell me on what they had available. He also laughed at my jokes which made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. :)
Because Eric had an earlier prospect come back to purchase, Megan Brandt helped me through the numbers part of the process. They came up with an option to terminate my old lease early without penalty, and provided me additional incentives and rebates to get the payment close to my desired range. Within a few minutes, Megan felt like talking to a friend. There was no high pressure sales strategy....just a genuine desire to make me happy and get me into the SRX I fell in love with!!
I had planned on test driving at least 4 vehicles, but ended up only looking at two. After driving this amazing car and working with such wonderful people, I knew I had made the right choice! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new SRX!!! Thank you Cadillac of Easton!
