My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

This is the 2nd Honda I purchased from Russell & Smith Honda. This time I met with Dung Lee and Ray Huddleston. They were both very friendly and informative. With trade-in and getting windows tinted, it took a few hours to get the car ready. Ray kept my wife and I company and chatted with us. He was genial and patient. We appreciated their help very much! My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

Normally, i dont write a review AT ALL but i had to write one for Dung Lee. He was able to work with us in getting the drive out price lowered. and he actually did get the price lowered. he will listen to you and try to work with you. It is my first brand new car so i wanted to make sure i get a great deal. I am happy i was able to meet a salesman like Dung, because it is hard to find a good salesman. Also, Darrell from finance was able to give us a good APR rate. I recommend those two. They have patience and will actually try to meet you at the middle if you are on a budget!

My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

Dung Le is competent, patient and diligent. I genuinely enjoyed working with him; he got me a great deal on a car that I literally had no intention of leasing (I didn't think I could afford it). However, he informed me of the special that they had, and the rest was smooth sailing. Negotiating never felt like I had to give, give, give instead it actually felt like the complete opposite which should be be the case as I am the customer. On a side note, I thoroughly appreciate the fact that the salespeople were very international (not just Caucasians). I am a white boy disguised as an Asian. Their location is not exactly in my neck of the woods, but I won't mind driving to them in the future as (passing 2 Honda dealerships that are closer) since they gave me no headache whatsoever. He even had the courtesy to let me leave during the weekend as I had prior engagements. He had to trust that I would come back, and I did.

Amy Tran had just the right amount of friendliness and professionalism. She gave me the paperwork I had to sign but did so with efficiency and speed. After refusing to get any kind of coverage on my lease, she did not show any annoyance or disappointment. She advised me to contact my insurance company about the new lease, and I did so immediately. I would have done so without her direction, but I appreciated the face that she emphasized that (which is what she should have done). All in all, Russell Smith Honda does their work in the right way: very little to no pressure during the car lease process.

I went to 4 different dealerships (2 Hondas, Hyundai & Mazda) before them and would highly recommend Russell Smith over the others. I fault the other dealerships for the following:

1) they didn't approach me in the showroom in a timely manner so I left
2) they kept raising the lease price on a cheaper car
3) they never called me to negotiate a price
4) they never even let me test drive their vehicle (this was a shocker to me).

By the time, I got to Russell Smith I didn't want anymore nonsense. They were head & shoulders the best (they have a banner stating that women chose their dealership as the best for treating women right!) I could go on & on, but you get the picture by now...

My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

This was my first time visiting the dealership. I've heard so many great things about it. I went on the internet viewing the vehicles I was interested in. All of a sudden a picture popped up and it was Dung Le and then another person came up and there was Dung about 4 different times. I said to myself, let me drop him a quick question to see if he would respond and he did. He sent his phone number and I contacted him to come by for a visit. I'm glad I did. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord, test drove it and was happy. He made me feel relaxed and he was eager to help me get a vehicle that would last me for a very long time. I was then introduced to Ms. Janet Cousins who is an awesome, concern, friendly, helpful person. She made you feel safe in her possession. She knows her stuff! She and Dung work well together and I love seeing that. At any rate, I'm happy with my car and getting to know everything about it. Still have things to learn about it. I've already told people about my experience and I've given them the phone number to contact Dung. I will continue to spread the good news about Russell & Smith Honda dealership because of my own experience. So much to tell, just can't put it into words on how thrilled I am! My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

I reviewed several dealerships in my quest for a new car. I knew I was going to purchase from the internet. I went by the dealership to test drive a CRV. I let the salesman know that I would be buying from the internet and he was very helpful in letting me know who to talk to. I met with Dung Le and the buying experience and financing took only about an hour. The price I paid was well below the Edmunds recommended price. I have taken my vehicle back for service on a regular basis and have been happy with everything. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

My Dad and I went to Russell & Smith Honda the other day and I can honestly say customer service was great, unlike other dealerships we've been to. Jon, who I spoke to on the phone, was busy with a customer, but he had Dung help us, who was very nice and helpful. We got our questions answered without feeling the pressure to buy/lease a new car. At some dealerships, you feel uncomfortably pushed to purchase something. Ami was great as well; very cheery and amiable. I have no complaints about anything and as sad as we were to return our leased car, we are very happy with our new purchase. I will definitely go back and also recommend R&S Honda to anyone.

My Review Of Russell & Smith Honda:

I was looking to buy a new commuter car, Dung Le gave me some quotes for several models to choose from, in the mean time I had looked several dealerships for comparable models but no one could come close to the "quoted" Drive Out Price although I found a discrepancy in the quote, Dung Le adjusted the final contract to correct it. A truly amazing transaction. Ami was very helpful in explaining all of the Financing. My next Honda will Be a Russell Smith Honda
Do your homework compare all of the other dealerships add on options to pad the final price. NO comparison !!!!!!
Ami had already called my insurance Monday to get info set up before I could.
You guys are great
