My Review Of Sussex Honda:

After purchasing 3 Honda vehicles from the same salesman (Roger), he retired a few months ago. Another sales rep (Eileen) reached out to me after he retired and I kept her letter. I was interested in a new vehicle and called Eileen and told her what I was looking for and that I needed to keep my monthly payments close to what I was currently paying. Within a few short hours, she called me back and said she had the vehicle I wanted and had good news about the payments. We met with her and within a couple of hours, I drove home in my new car. She didn't pressure us at all and was very friendly and enthusiastic. Eileen was very thorough when reviewing all of the features of the new car as well as all of the paperwork and costs/fees, etc. It was a true pleasure to deal with Eileen!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

This is the second time I have used Eileen to purchase/lease a Honda. Six and a half years ago I purchased a CRV and was very pleased with Eileen's honesty, sense of humor and ability. I recently returned to Eileen to look into leasing a new car for my son. I explained my needs/budget and we got right down to business. She quickly worked with her manager to make the deal I was looking for. I had just come from the Toyota dealership (having been to Honda the day before but Eileen was off) and they offered me a GREAT lease price. I truly thought I would not be able to lease a Civic (the car my son and I both wanted) for a similar price due to constraints in Honda's leasing terms. However, we were able to use the "one payment lease" to get the best deal. Throughout the process Eileen was helpful, humorous and accommodating. She then stayed beyond the closing time to explain all the "bells and whistles" in our new car as well as answer any questions we had.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

This is my second car I purchased from Eileen Kelly-Steele. She is always so accommidating and friendly. We laugh together like friends and consider her a friend. She even designed pinstripes for me with my cats' faces and names. We were both so excited about that. When I have my car serviced, I always make a point to visit Eileen and it is nice to see a friendly face. I'm trying to get a friend to pay Eileen a visit.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Have been using Sussex Honda for approximate. 20 years. Always come back due to the honest, friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful people. Had been using the same salesman, Roger Gibbons who finally retired (miss him). Dealt with Eileen and Gary who were both a pleasure to work with. You always feel like you matter at their dealership, not just another sale. Gary went through my new accord coupe with me to make sure I knew how everything worked. This was the first dealership that ever did that with me (starting with Roger). I did go to two other honda dealers closer to my home, but you just don't get the service, treatment or price you do with Sussex Honda. They have a customer for life. Thanks Eileen and Gary - love my car!!!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

After hearing that my "98 CRV w/173, 000 + miles on it needed $3000.00 in repairs, I knew I had to consider purchasing a new car. I also feared this would be difficult to manage financially, the reason I still had a "98 CRV! Jeff was so helpful in explaining my options with servicing the car, if I choose to do so and even itemized the issues in order of importance for me. He also assured me I had some time to think about it and didn't have to make a decision that day. He picked me up at my office and drove me to the dealership to talk to Mike, the sales manager whom he had already spoken to about my situation.
Mike was understanding and straight forward. He asked me about my financial comfort level and gave me my options. I honestly didn't think I could get a lease under the circumstances but wound up with a smokin' deal, in my opinion and a great, affordable, new, reliable car.
Eileen closed up the deal, completing paperwork and was so kind.(I had been fairly anxious!) She calmed me down and introduced me to the features in the new Civic - We're both over 30, this is huge!!! :).
I've been a customer at Sussex Honda since "98. No one else has ever touched my car, Everyone, through any needed service has always been straight forward, informative, professional and understanding. Every experience has been beyond satisfactory.
I can't thank you enough. It's my pleasure to spread the word!

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Have bought many new cars, this was our most positive experience by far. Eileen was outstanding. We went once with the kids just to look at a Pilot, she was friendly and pressure-free and followed up with a letter inviting us for a test-drive. We went again a week later, took a test drive, said ok we are ready to talk numbers. It meant a lot to us that she followed our lead instead of being pushy. We negotiated a fair price on a new Pilot and on our trade. The negotiation was quick and painless. Can't say enough about Eileen! We would recommend her in a heartbeat to a friend. Only complaint was that the finance took too long to get started. But they honored the negotiated price, which is what matters.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

My husband and I went to this dealer for the first time tonight. I can't tell you enough how positive our shopping and trade-in experience was. We were greated by Eileen from Sales. She was up front, honest, and a breeze to work with. There was NO back and forth and within 1 hour we traded our Volvo C30 for a 2012 Honda Accord for a great price. There was no intimidation with the sales experience and I felt comfort in Eilleen's presence. After closing the deal we next sat with Jonathon who was a great guy. He explained all of our paperwork and was so sweet to work with. All staff was highly professional!!!

I highly recommend going to Sussex Honda! What a great way for us to start 2013 with a new car!

We started our car search at Jyoce Honda in Denville and that was not such a good experience for us so we are glad we traveled up to Sussex.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

I was forced into buying a new car, as my son crashed and totaled my 2001 Accord (212,00 miles) last week. Thank God he walked away without a scratch on him.

I've been driving Hondas since 1990 and am a big fan of them. My first was a 1990 Accord that had 150,000 miles on it when I traded it in for my 2001 Accord. That car had 212,000 miles on it when the accident occurred. So, we obviously keep our cars as long as we can. As I was not in the market for a new car, until the accident, I wasn't looking forward to spending all this money. We had just finished paying off a 5 year car loan in January and were looking forward to seeing that money go into our savings account. So, I was kind of car shopping with a semi-depressed state of mind. My heart wasn't really in it.

I am a AAA member and was looking to find the best AAA discount dealer that is advertised in the monthly AAA magazine. I started at Middletown Honda, who is not a AAA dealer but said that they would match the AAA discount. They offered me a decent deal. I then drove to Pougkeepsie, NY to Friendly Honda (who is affiliated with AAA) and surprisingly, did not give me a great AAA discount at all.....and they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, yet they were pressuring me to leave a down payment for a car I had yet to test drive! At this point Middletown Honda gave a better price than the AAA dealer!

In the meantime, the garage mechanic that towed my car mentioned Sussix Honda, saying that he heard that they give pretty good deals. I researched them online, found that they had the car I wanted (Accord Coupe EX-L) and called the dealership. I spoke with Eileen Steele ( who was very friendly, low pressure and very down-to-Earth) and she offered me a deal that was $1100.00 below my best deal from Middletown Honda! IT was almost too good to be true! I told her that when my wife got home from work we would be taking a drive to Sussix Honda.

So we headed to Newton, NJ and met Eileen face to face. She was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. My wife and I were so comfortable with her. We had actually made our deal over the phone, and now just had to sign the papers. I told Eileen and her boss that in 30 + years of buying cars, this was the absolute BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I feel that this was also the best deal I've ever gotten on a car. I would highly recommend Sussix Honda and especially Eileen Steele to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda automobile.
