Greg Fails at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan

Greg is a very pleasent salesman to work with and made me and my wife very satisfied with the price I paid for my cars. I told him what price range options and color I wanted. Very eager to please my wife and I, not only did we get a better color but more options then expected. Greg help me purchas my 2010 Soul and kelp intouch with me all three years untill I purchased my 2013 Sorento. At know time was there any pressure applied in order to make a sale. Greg was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to explain and show how everything on the cars work. I have to rate Greg as the best salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Went in for my first oil change on my new nissan titan. These guys were awesome! Greg,the man who sold me the car,found out I was in the waiting room,made it a point to come over and sit with me for a few minutes to see how everything was with myself,my family and the new truck. Even remembered all of my kids names.. Haha. Little things like that feel great!! Upon completion of my oil change,jake from service,did a complete inspection of my vehicle,found that I had a faulty shock(happens sometimes) came in to let me know,put me in a really nice rental( no charge to me) ordered the part and had it replaced within 24 hours... Couldn't make this stuff up if I tried!! These guys are really incredible!! It's an awesome feeling knowing that they really care about you as a person,not a paycheck!! Highly recommended!!!!

This is the greatest group of people I've ever found in the car dealership business. Truly a fantastic buying experience for me and my family. We've purchased 4 new vehicles from here in the past 2 years,all from Greg Fails and I have,without question,been 100% happy each and every time. Super great,honest guy who's always went out of his way to get me and my family the very best deals. A completely haggle free staff has treated us like family and because of this,I've sent family to them for car purchases. Can't praise them enough!!!! Thank you guys so much!!! Greg Fails was my salesman and he was awesome, friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted and needed to make the deal. To be honest, I had walked away the day before with another salesman. Greg called the next day, I explained what happened and he promised he would not waste my time. As promised, he did not. Greg took the time to find the 2013 Sorento that I wanted, even though it was not on their lot at the time. He never acted like anything I needed or wanted to make the deal was too much trouble or an inconvenience. This is the second Kia I have bought from this dealership and again I left completely satisfied with the vehicle and the terms. Thanks again Greg!

Bought my wife's dream car - Cadillac SRX. Being a Sales Manager for over 10 years I sometimes cringe when I deal with salesmen. Their lack of knowledge, overbearing attitude of just plain rude. Greg Fails is none of those, he is by far the best salesmean I have had the pleasure to deal. Treated the wife and myself as if we were friends. I had one issue with the car after I took it home - brought it to Greg's attention and the issue was taken care of, no questions asked. Thanks Greg!!!

Ask for Greg Fails! It was great to work with Greg and the entire process was fast and stress free. The customer service I received was outstanding! I felt like I got a great deal for the car I selected. I am enjoying my new car and would definitely work with Greg and Jeff Wyler Fairfield to purchase a vehicle in the future.

I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield if your in the market to buy a used car. My daughter and I drove out there to look at a car we saw on-line. We were lucky enough to get Greg Fails as our sales rep and he made us both feel at ease and very comfortable. He is not your typical salesperson. He is nice and very friendly and is very helpful and knows his job well. The car we went to see was everything the web-site described and look just as good (make that better) then expected.
