My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
It's a good feeling to go into a dealer who has long term employees who just happen to drive the cars that they are selling. Gus was amazingly polite, informed and solicitous. I had been looking at cars for a few months and was sold primarily because of the car AND the dealer staff. I was so pleased that when I left I went straight to the house of a friend who is starting her car shopping. I only wish that I didn't have to go the RMV to return my old plates:<

The staff works as a team. I didn't feel pressured to buy, rather I got the sense that Myron wanted to put me in the car that was right for me. I'm very happy with the service I've received as a new purchaser, and hope that the service excellence will continue for the life of the vehicle. I believe it will.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
Having to buy a new car is stressful. In my case, the process involved my car breaking down and a week of trips to mechanics and rental-car agencies with little sleep.

Kerry O'Sullivan and Gus Erskine at Steve Lewis Subaru performed like an offensive line for me, blocking the stress, which helped me make a decision.

They answered my questions, weren't patronizing, didn't rush me and found boxes for me to load up the stuff I transferred from my old car to the new one.

They were patient, friendly and flexible. In other words, they provided something a maddeningly shorter supply of companies is providing these days, and that's customer service.

The truth is I hate having a monthly car payment again, but we all need wheels, such is life. They key is I really did get treated well by Kerry and Gus.

I had gone to Steve Lewis Subaru after hearing good things about the dealership from my co-workers. I was immediately impressed with the sales service from Gus, and his patience and knowledge about Subaru's as I asked many questions about four different models. Throughout the process, I was also impressed with how everyone works as a true TEAM. I cannot say enough about the help I received with the financing process after I made my purchase choice. It got even better when I called a few days later to follow up on questions that I had. Gus was not available, but the TEAM again, was there to support me...thanks again, Steve and Joe!

I would recommend Gus Erskine as a sales associate to deal with. He is a very friendly, nice, helpful, knowledgeable person. Steve Lewis Subaru had great inventory of vehicle to choose from. I would also recommend that Steve Lewis Subaru be your first stop and only stop for your vehicle. trust me, I did all the running around that day to numerous Subaru dealerships and ended back at my first stop, that's right, Steve Lewis Subaru. I'm extreamly happy with my new Subaru Legacy.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited. The car was not in their inventory on Thursday evening, but by Saturday morning, the car was on their property. The staff was all incredibly friendly, and not a single individual sales person attempted to sell something that I did not request. I met with Kerry O'Sullivan, Gus Erksine, a man named Joe, and another man named Kevin. The people at this dealership were very honest about all aspects of the car, and even worked out the rough payments financially before bringing the car onsite. There were several representatives willing to assist me in understanding the features of the vehicle, and explaining the various options and packages that Subaru offers for different models of cars. Each representative was willing to answer any possible questions about the vehicle, and if they did not have the answer, they found out the answer from the appropriate party. Overall, this dealership was incredibly easy to work with. All paperwork and registration, etc. was easily taken care of, and the employees explained what each step was on the credit application as well as on the forms that would be signed. There were also no hidden fees or preparations for the vehicle that were added to the price. The dealership offered the preparations before presenting the paperwork to ensure that it was something that I had wanted. I would DEFINITELY recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
My experience at Steve Lewis Subaru was great- buying a new car is a process, and this dealership made the process a smooth one. Todd Gerry was informative, friendly, respectful and very helpful. The car I wanted was on the boat from Japan, and Todd helped me get exactly what I wanted in the car. Once it arrived, Myron helped tremendously process the paperwork quickly (I had a tight schedule that week, but wanted my *new* car!). Todd and Gus were very helpful giving me "tour" of all the amazing features of the car when I had time to stop by the following week.

Great customer service. Todd was easy to work with, very professional, and responsible. I bought an Impreza and Todd worked hard to find the car I wanted and to get it for me quickly. He also did all the work to transfer my loan over to my new car. Overall, it was a very smooth transaction
