My Review of Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet:
This was my first Internet used car purchase. I selected a high-performance, used Mercedes that Jerry Haggerty Chevy was selling. (It even had two sets of wheels - but the importance of that spare set will be apparent later in this story.) The car I selected was price competitive with anything in the USA but you never know until you test drive the vehicle and meet the sales/service team "face-to-face." So I drove 700 miles to buy this car. (From Maryland to Illinois.) The sales team was professional and very friendly and helpful. The car was just checked out and washed and, in my opinion, it was way nicer than advertised. If I were to stop the review here, I would have given this dealership a 5.0 out of 5.0. But the saga continued... It was the Saturday before a 3-day holiday (4th of July) and as I was driving home with my new (new to me but a slightly used 2007) car and I hit a huge pothole. Both of my passenger side tires were blown and both rims were severely damaged. Red lights came on, and I pulled off the road and called the dealer... Even though this was my problem (road hazard), and even though it was Saturday - closing time, the dealer had that spare (extra) set of wheels and tires and they drove all four of these out to me (over an hour away). This auto dealer sales team (Ivan and Casey) then replaced all four tires with the "spare" set. I am still so grateful to their commitment to their customers and for their execution in getting me home. Had they not done this, I would have been 650 miles from home, with an "exotic" car needing an unusual tire size, on a Holiday weekend with no chance of getting home. If I could rate them 6.0 out of 5.0, I would. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, and I know that they are truly committed to excellence in terms of customer service.

My Review of Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet:
Purchasing my used Yukon Denali from Jerry Haggerty's was a straightforward process. The pricing was competitive (I'd done considerable research before going to the dealer), the car was ready to test drive when I arrived, and the salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically, Ivan Corak was very pleasant to work with. He was not high pressure and he was able to answer all of my questions quickly. Additionally he did one of the #1 things I appreciate when test driving cars: He let me test drive the vehicle by myself. I cannot stand it when salespeople try and go with you even when it's clear that you want to ride alone. Ivan didn't do that (or any of the other annoying "sales-ish" things). Instead he simply said, "Let me put a plate on it and we'll see you when you get back from your test drive." Well done!
