Hello, I'm JP Harris Body Shop Parts Coordinator for Germain Honda of Dublin. I'm new to the automotive industry and have only been with Honda for 1 year. Although I might be new to this industry I'm not new to customer satisfaction. In today's day and age, it is always important to ensure that every customer leaves our facility with a smile on their face and with a positive impression of their experience with us. Some people believe we are in the business of selling automobiles, but we are in the business of selling smiles because a happy customer will return and refer future customers.

I find myself with little free time. On the weekends I'm a disc jockey and have been doing this for the past 15 years.

My Review Of Germain Honda of Dublin:

I came in to try to find a part for my 99 Civic that I had been advised by a local shop that I needed to get. After discussing the problem with my car with Sean and then JC walked up and we discussed the issue. They told me that they believed it may be an easier fix than i was expecting. They got me the correct part and they even offered to show me or help install the knob in my car. I was really relieved that i didnt need to buy a complete heater control panel. AWESOME customer service!
