This is are second VW purchase and we refuse to go anywhere else besides VW of Princeton. The courtesy and knowledge of the very friendly staff is impeccable. HIGHLY, recommend VW of Princeton. I do international corporate relocations and they are always looking for quality and affordable cars; I will always recommend VW of Princeton.

Our young girls, Abriana and Kaitlynn are in love with Miss Nikki and Miss Jackie.

I'm very happy with my experience at Princeton vw. Everyone there was friendly and easy to get along with. Prior to now I've only had bad experiences at other car dealers. Most sales men I've ever encountered were pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. At Princeton vw I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends. My Review of Princeton Audi Volkswagen:
After doing research online, I knew/suspected that the Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen TDI manual 6-speed was the only car I would consider. Thus, upon seeing online that Princeton Volkswagen had a car in stock of an acceptable color, and was offering a special cash rebate, I contacted the dealership and arranged an appointment with Jackie Savastano. The test drive confirmed my preconceptions, and we proceeded to arrange the sale without any further negotiations or hassle. As easy as buying a new car can be.

My Review of Princeton Audi Volkswagen:
I went to Princeton VW because they had the used car I was looking for. I worked with Jackie and she was very helpful, straight forward, and honest. I appreciated the way she conducted business. She always made sure I had what I needed, whether it was information about the car or a bottle of water. The only part of the process I didn't like was in the finance office. The man I worked with there made a lot of assumptions. I purchased the tire and wheel protection plan. I wanted to pay cash for it but he assumed that I wanted to add that to what I was already financing, which would cost me even more money. He would start to explain what a document was and then say that I dont need to worry about it because its similar to another one. I didn't appreciate this and found it very unprofessional. I will say, however, that I was pleased with the overall buying experience and would return again in the future.

My Review of Princeton Audi Volkswagen:
Jackie was a very good salesperson. She made the purchasing process pleasant and there wasn't much negotiation needed for the purchase.

On the downside, we placed our order for the car back in October, with an expected delivery date in January. When the end of january came around, I called the dealership to find out the status of the order, and was told that there were manufacturing issues with Volkswagen and that the car wouldn't be delivered until at least May. I shouldn't have had to call to find this out - the delaership should have called me as soon as they knew so that we could decide what course of action we wanted to take. This was very poor customer service.

On the flip side, when we decided to cancel the original order, Jackie quickly found a vehicle in the area that met our needs and she got the vehicle to the dealership quickly and the pricing was consistent with the pricing on the original order. But this could have been done sooner.

My Review of Princeton Audi Volkswagen:
We found Jackie to be very helpful and professional. The reason for our visit was to take a look at a specific color on the VW Tourareg and we were not anticipating purchasing the vehicle yet. Jackie was very knowledgable about the vehicle and best of all was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the truck and trading in our car. Jackie helped negotiate the best price with us and assisted us throughout the process. All in all our experience at this dealership and with Jackie was very positive and we will certainly recommend her to our friends.
