I am always please with the service at Quality Subaru. Karen, Paul, and Jeff are always friendly and courteous. Also, they provide a great service. When my car has an issue I am always able to bring it in. I have been coming to Quality Subaru for years and I always have a great experience.

Tim Harris was the best salesman I have worked with. He was very helpful and explained the car very well. The rest of the staff was very helpful
and courteous. All of the paper work was completed quickly and the car was ready very fast.
I Have all ready recommended this dealer to other people. This is the Second Subaru that I have bought here And my son also bought one here. I am also very happy with your service department.

My Review Of Quality Subaru:

I went out of my way to purchase my new Subaru at Quality Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries to do the right thing. The quality of their work has been excellent. They are always ready to answer questions. One day I had bought my own wiper blades and had bent them trying to install them. Paul Honius, the Service Manager, saw me outside struggling with them. He came out offered help and very quickly had them both installed. He did not make me feel foolish (I already did) for messing up the new blades. They're still on and working fine. I continue to recommend this dealer to my friends for sales or service.

We were definitely treated like valued customers! They went out of their way to help us resolve our problem and assisted with dealing with the manufacturer. The service department was very professional and now the car runs great. Can't say enough! They were fantastic from start to finish.

My Review Of Quality Subaru:

Both Karen and Jeff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure working with them. My car service actually cost LESS than I expected and was taken care of quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that my car had also been WASHED! I am a long term Subaru owner.....This is my third. All my Subarus have been faithful "friends" for close to 200,000 miles each and up to ten years. I will continue to be a Subaru customer.

Karen and Jeff were so helpful and friendly when I came in with my car. I came in for a routine oil change and was given hot chocolate in the waiting room. They were also great with helping me set up an appointment for the following week. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru to anyone that needs car help.

I continue to purchase Subarus primarily due to the extraordinarily great customer service, convenience and reasonable pricing with special discounts offered at Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. They are accommodating with scheduling, have a great area to wait for service to be completed, and are consistently a pleasure to work with.

My Review Of Quality Subaru:

I had called Paul on Thursday, expressing my concerns about new tires for my late model Subaru. Paul had shown his professionalism by explaining my car's needs. Paul then found info and pricing. Returned a call in a timely manner and scheduled service for Saturday morning.I like it!
I have conversed with Karen many times in the past. This is a great opportunity for me to acknowledge her professionalism as an outstanding customer service rep.
Jeff had welcomed me Saturday morning. Jeff asked, Will you be waiting for this service? How long will it take? 2 hours........UGH!! Jeff knows I am very impatient, and cannot sit and wait! Jeff had offered me a company car (2013). With little effort I was out the door. Returned after 2 hours, my Subaru was ready to go. The best part of this whole experience is when he handed me the invoice..........Less than originally quoted. I liked that as well!
This Service Team is priceless when it comes to serving me.

My Review Of Quality Subaru:

I am presently driving my ninth Subaru, with the last six being Outbacks. Prior to visiting Quality I had bought each one at a different dealership, since there always seemed to be a glitch at the dealers from which I purchased. Then I discovered Quality: my last FOUR cars were purchased from them, and I'd gladly do it again. Personal service is the key here: they CARE!! I have never had a problem with a car which hasn't been resolved in one visit to the service department, and they are friendly, helpful, and caring.

It is often pointed out that Lexus dealerships set the standard for giving customers a positive experience. Since my other car is a Lexus, I'd have to agree. However, my experiences at Quality Subaru over the last 11 years have proven that Quality can compete with Lexus in every way because they're just as good. It just doesn't get any better!

My Review Of Quality Subaru:

I have bought three cars from Quality Subaru and have been consistently satisfied by the service. Everyone has always been welcoming and helpful. The sales people have taken the time to answer my questions about the features ahead of time and to give clear explanations about them after the purchase. The service people have always taken good care of my vehicles and been clear about their suggestions for maintenance and/or repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership highly. Its name, Quality, suits the company.
