Hello, my name is Jim Sutter. I have been part of the automotive business for 12 years. Having worked as a service advisor/estimator for 6 years spending 4 of them with Honda. During my 4 years with Honda I have received the Honda Silver Gold and Platinum Certification. To provide the upmost quality of customer service I keep this in mind...Honesty and ethics are what's best not only for the company, but for the customer.

Outside of work I enjoy movies, camping, import races, cars, MMA, OSU football and occasionally trying to sleep.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I bought my 07 Civic SI about a year ago, and the experience at Germain Honda of Dublin was beyond amazing. Chris Glover was the type of salesman I look for in buying a car, because he is very honest and genuine. I've had only 2 service issues so far, and both times I talked to Jim Sutter. He is a very professional service advisor, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I have experienced phenomenal customer service, and that's hard to find these days. Not only did I get an awesome deal on my car, I have a place that I can rely on to meet my cars needs.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
I had work done on my Honda and the associate I dealt with was Jim Sutter. Not only was he courteous and professional, he was funny and super sweet to me! Being a girly girl, I know nothing about cars. Jim explained what, why and how my car was being worked on with the great knowledge. That means a lot to me because guys usually have a know-it-all attitude and Jim was patient enough to explain it all with detail. I will most definitely come back to Germain Honda, not just because of Jim--but because overall my experience was great! Thank you!!

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Multiple lights had come on with my 21 year old daughter driving. Jim did a good job of checking the car out, calling me with the results, pointing out what was coming up for potential problems (it is a 2001 model). He is always helpful.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
We drive about 2 hours from Coldwater, Ohio to Germain Honda because we greatly appreciate the service your dealership provides. Jim Sutter is a great service advisor. He is very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and the services it requires. He does an excellent job of informing us as to the progrees being made on the serivice and is very accurate on the time needed to do the job. He is very friendly and professional in his dealings with us. We pass several Honda dealerships in order to bring our Odyssey to your facility. We have been coming to you for service for several years now and have bought several vehicles from you. We have been very satisfied with our contact with your dealership and would recommend you very highly to anyone who asks.
