I would definitely recommend this dealership because from start to finish the above employees were superb! I knew I wanted to buy a RAV 4 and from the time I stepped into the dealership, Jeff, Joe and Jim were all very professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous to boot! I have had numerous calls thanking me for my purchase, follow up calls from Joe and and several emails asking me if I have any questions do not hesitate to contact them personally.
Most importantly, I LOVE MY RAV 4!!!

It was the first time that I didn't get frustrated for all the "new" things that appear during the deal process , It was all exatctly as he told us it will be, quick, clear, the exact car was on front, ready, no changes and even an upgrade with the bluetooth

I am 25 years old and didn't know much about the process of leasing a car when I first walked into this dealership. It was all very overwhelming for me. I had my father with me the first time, and we both thought that Joe was very helpful. After shopping around at other dealerships, I found that I did not want to make a deal with any other dealer. I hated every moment of shopping for a car at other dealerships. Joe made me feel comfortable and was never too pushy. He was very knowledgable and professional in his dealings with my father and I. I was able to take my time in deciding on the right choice and that was what brought me back in to sign a lease on a Toyota Corolla. I plan to come back to Joe when my lease is up to purchase my first Toyota!

We have purchased/leased many cars in our life time (I'm 70) Joe Almeraris was the lead sales person and from first contact was the most profesional sales associate I have ever worked with. We were both new to each other but It was because of joe and andy Colter that we came back an hour later and purchased a camery XLE.

Both Jim Holley and John Tagaste were also very helpful to us and made it happen.

The best recommondation I can give is that we have already spoken to family and friends and hopefully Ed Morse Delray Toyota-scion will see additional customers.

We have been customers of ED Morse Toyota for over 20 years. I have purchased my 5th Toyota Camry from Ron, Genl Mgr. and I guess that speaks for itself. this is the first experience with Joe Almeraris, in sales, and he certainly was influential in closing the deal. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Because of the Toyota situation in Japan, we wanted to know if it was wise to renegotiate the lease on our '09 Toyota Camry now or let it run out. That's why we went to the dealership; not to be pressured into buying a car.

We were met by Andy Cotler, a sales manager, who evaluated our car thoroughly and discussed how we could benefit by turning in our car and renegotiating the terms of our lease. he listened to us and was well aware of our needs and fiscal resources.

The deal was too good to pass by. Then he turned us over to Joseph Almeraris, sales consultant. We test drove the 2011 Camry, looked at the colors, etc. they filled out all the papers for us, renewed our insurance, registered the car in our names while we drank cappachino.

We left the showroom with a new soft green Toyota Camry and smiles on our faces.

This is the third time we have secured a car from Ed Morse's dealership. Their service has always be excellent and they treat the customer with dignity.

Joe Almerares was terrific....He even came to our house and showed us many more things about the GPS. We are still not sure about the new Bluetooth, but he will show us how that works in the near future. Overall he has been very helpfull. We would definately reccommend this dealership to our friends.
