Joe Borak at Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles

Was in the market for a new car as the vehicle it was replacing is over 13 years old. Joe Borak did a great job of answering all of my questions concerning the Passat Diesel cars. Several visits, test drives, and many questions I finally took delivery of a Platinum Gray Passat TDI SEL with a Black leather interior that had to be ordered from the factory as there were none in the area that could be located.
Delivery was seamless and all questions have been addressed so far.

2 weeks into it and already have 1600 miles and the car did flawlessly on the interstate. I am averaging over 40 mpg and its just getting broken in. I cant wait to see how it continues to get better mileage as time goes on.

I should have done this along time ago!

Joe was great to work with. He is personable, listens well to his potential customers, and is a straight shooter. He does not try to convince you to do something you do not want and he truly puts 150% behind doing the best job he can for the person he is dealing with. The person I worked with in finance, who I believe is named Lisa, was also equally as professional and friendly. The manager of the dealership was professional and honest and took time to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The people at the Lindsay dealership work well together, have a collegial and team atmosphere, and make the customers they work with feel welcome and at ease. I highly recommend this dealership, Joe Borak as a sales associate, and can tell you that even if you do not live close to Sterling, VA, the drive out there will be worth it to have the experience to get to know Joe Borak and his colleagues at Lindsay. -MKW, Arlington, VA

Easy to buy a new car here. The only stumbling block was waiting for the perfect car from the factory. Joe was patient, informative and flexible throughout the experience.

Joe was knowledgeable and friendly. I went to test drive and left with a beautiful 2013 Passat SEL TDI. Joe made it very easy from start to finish and I was only in the dealership 2 hours and 30 minutes. Test Drive, appraisal, paperwork and keys in hand. His follow-up has been genuine and appreciated.

We were met at the entrance door and greeted warmly and sincerely. We had a specific model in mind, but did not know what options we wanted. We were invited to test-drive the middle option-level vehicle and were taken on an eye-opening test-drive (big, full turns; some open road; some sweeping turns) that allowed us to get a complete idea of the vehicle handling and performance. The rest of the buying experience was just as pleasant with most accomplished via email or telephone. All personnel were very responsive, courteous, and professional. There were no surprises and we drove away with the exact model that we wanted; at the exact price that we agreed; and the financing that we wanted. Superior service. Do not hesitate to go to Lindsay VW of Dulles. You will not be disappointed.
