Jose Negron at Duval Ford

I purchased a 2013 Fusion and the experience was great from start to finish. Jose Negron and Tino Lebron provided me with outstanding customer service. They were professionals and made me feel like their only customer. First, they took the time to understand my preferences and budget. They truly listened to me and only showed me cars that met my criteria. They also cared about my budget and those cars above my budget were not pushed in order for them to get a higher commission. They don't make money based on the purchase price of the car but instead, they get paid by the number of cars they sell. It was a "pressure free" experience and no annoying haggling for a lower price. I actually enjoyed the experience and I can't say the same for the other three vehicles that I purchased from Nissan over the past 12 years. Also, the Fusion is classy looking and equipped with high-end features. I am in love with my new Fusion. I am a professional and hard working women. This car makes a statement all by itself. It actually compares in appearance to a MUCH higher priced BMW but it is half the cost. Also, I don't have the best credit but Jose and Tino were still able to finance me 9% lower than my Nissan purchases. This part alone makes my day. Thanks to Chris Hayes - you made the paper work process quick and easy to complete. Lastly, all the high tech features of my car were explained so that I could easily take full advantage of the Fusion's touch screen and voice command features immediately. Special thanks to Jose Negron and Tino Lebron, the dynamic duo of car sales. Can't forget James Saale for his behind the scenes assistance. I am so very pleased with my Fusion 2013 and I highly recommend it to others. Most importantly, I recommend you go to Duval Ford because the team that helped me were top-notch professionals. Unbelievable experience. I know I got the best trade value for my car(actually got more than I thought it was worth) and the best price on my new F150. My sales guy Aaron was great! The GM and GSM (Dan and Jose I think) also checked in with me to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Duval Ford.

i call duval ford in ref. to a 2005 for expedition, i made a appointment the next day and was welcome by michele cuartero, very nice and courtious. she ask us what we were interested in looking at. She then proceeded to look for the car we wanted, she was very knowledgable and very informative. She answered all of our questions. We then advised her that we would let her know about the trade-in price. Once we got home we talked about it and we called back and talked to Mr. Jose Negron, we came together in a trade-in price, the next day we contacted Michele and advised her that we were on our way to do the purchase of the Expedition. Again, Michele was very pleasent and very professional in getting our paperwork in order to make the trade. Our experience with Duval Ford was very SUPER!!! Thank you Michele for all of your help.
