Sales associate was young and new, but knew his stuff and was very friendly, courteous, and personable. He deserves to have further opportunities as they present themselves with the dealership!

Our sales associate was no exception to the rule. ALL others were very professional, friendly, fun, and a pleasure to do business with. It has been a while since I have done business with a dealer and had a bad prior experience. This experience confirmed that there are still some very good ones out there.

Would recommend THIS dealership to anyone in the market for a new car, truck, or SUV.

I came to Beaverton Honda for the first time last Saturday afternoon. The last thing I wanted was to be pressured. I always feel a bit trepidatious when I step foot onto a car lot, because that's what you usually find - a great deal of pressure. I first worked with Hannah, who was very gracious and friendly. She helped me find the cars I wanted to test drive. When it came time to make a purchase, I felt that Christian went out of his way to help me buy the car I wanted. I was dragging along about $7,500 of negative equity, so this was no small feat. Everyone treated us very nicely and we left satisfied. The next day I was having buyer's remorse because I felt that I should have chosen a little better-equipped Accord. I called the dealership and spoke with Juan, who told me to come in and they would work with me to make sure I left a happy customer. Sandy helped when it came time to test drive the second Accord and get the trade going. I left with a nicer Accord, and it means a lot to me that Beaverton Honda worked with me so that I had the car I really wanted. The two finance managers who helped me fill out the paperwork (twice!), Danny and Linda, were very friendly, organized and professional. I'm happy to give everyone at the dealership an A+!!! Our experience with Beaverton Honda was OUTSTANDING. We came to the dealership to purchase a 2012 Pilot. There was some initial mixups with the car we wanted being sold to another client. Adam and Juan worked to find us a similar vehicle to purchase but there were only upgraded models on the lot. Adam and Juan offered us the upgraded Pilot for the same price as we were prepared to pay for the original vehicle. Beaverton Honda went above and beyond to keep us happy. We are thrilled with our new car, and would recommend Beaverton Honda to anyone looking for a hassle free, high integrity experience.

Good morning!

I am happy to report, we purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic yesterday 9/22/2012 at the Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda. It's a brand new car, and the Beaverton team was very helpful.

I live in Tigard and the Beaverton location is closer. Maria from Bob Lamphere called me constantly reminding me of the offers. (Myself) tired of spending $40 a day on gas for my humongous SUV, I pulled my people together, we went directly to the Honda dealership on Canyon Road Saturday afternoon.

There I asked for Tony, as recommended by Maria, and was helped by Mr. Smiley Sheridan Hop. We had the best experience with him. He catered not only to me, but to my dad who is a 74 yrs Spanish/Italian old school man, my very difficult to please 72 yrs old mom and their hyper dog Joey.

Mr Hop took the cake, he is an excellent salesman, and he became personable. Mr. Hop (and his spouse) also go to the gym I am a member at, and knows my trainer, and when my parents heard him say he had seen me there with my spouse, they were sold. The salesman became part of the neighborhood. He passed from being the salesman to being a friend, which made him genuine. He developed trust. He catered to their needs, making them feel welcomed and cared for. When he took us to see the service shop, my father loved the attention customers are provided with. He took us by the hand and took care of us.

That is the best car sales experience I have ever had in my whole life. And when my mom is ready to exchange her car, we will go back to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda's best salesman ever.... Sheridan Hop.

Sheridan knows the meaning of customer care. Great experiences are passed by word of mouth. Luckily for him, I am a social butterfly.

I am so thankful that my Boyfriend brought me here. The customer service was wonderful and kind. They served him and I water and ice cream bars. They were patient with me and set me up with the very best. They were vessels my King Jesus used to bless me. I can't stop sharing how wonderful my experience here was. Juan, Noe, and Linda were great! Noe is a great sales consultant and made my purchasing experience wonderful. Juan gave me a great deal on the 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L. Linda was very informative and got me in and out with the financial paperwork very quickly. I highly recommend this dealership!

Thank you so much! We had been to not one, but three different dealerships before visiting Beaverton Honda and we were treated horribly and left each dealership feeling very disrespected. We finally came to Beaverton Honda in our last hope of finding a car, and I am so glad we did not give up. Beaverton Honda restored my faith in buying cars, it really does not have to be such a horrible experience. Molly & Juan were so nice and friendly, and we left with our first car, completely happy. Bought 2010 Honda Fit from JC, friendly service. Love the car. Changed mind about one of the items orig purchased.

Almost 2 years later (due to my own delay) Christian and Juan (especially Christian) resolved the matter, to my surprise as it was essentially my mistake. I have always gone to Beaverton Honda, but they have made me a lifetime customer both for new cars and for service. I will also recommend them to anyone who is looking for car service or purchase. Customer service experience could not have been better.
