We emailed several dealers for price quotes in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. All of our price quotes were about the same. However the customer service was great from Larry and Steve.
Larry emailed promptly and answered all of my questions. We were looking for a particular color/trim combo. Larry let me know that they did not have it but he would be sure to find me one. He called me later to say they had one coming in a few days. We continued to shop other dealers. Larry then called back he sounded like a kid on Christmas morning. The truck arrived early and our car was on it. He may have been more excited than us. Larry just really seems to like his job. This is the 4th car we have purchased from 4 different dealers and by far the best experience. Some dealers it feels like it is a battle car buyer vs. car dealership. This was not our experience at all. We went on a Saturday afternoon ( crazy busy). As soon as we entered the showroom we were meet with a smile and told someone would be right with us. Everyone was busy, everyone was already helping someone already. They were not too busy for good customer service. Steve helped us right away. I am NOT an impulse buyer we shopped for 18 months @ just as many dealers and I will not go anywhere else. If you are within a 2 hour drive of this dealership contact them they will not disappoint you.

Wonderful experience! Larry Moore was amazing! He was friendly, courteous and came up with an incredible deal. I can't say enough about Larry and everyone there. He went out of his way to be patient with me, while I made a decision, and was very knowledgeable about the Mazda that I wanted. It was great dealing with Jeff Wyler auto. I have done so in the past and will definitely do so in the future.

Good selection of vehicles, easy to test drive and compare. No pressure at first, a little later but not bad. They were willing to work with me on price, and gave a fair price on my trade in. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality of the Mazda CX5 that I purchased, it's really a great car!

My experience with this dealership went very well from the first visit. They were courteous, knowledgeable on product line. If one salesman was busy upon my arrival he'd get someone to help me. Larry Moore knows his product inside and out. Everything I could have asked Larry told me. He let me know the history of the engine design to the rating of the sound system and everything else about the Mazda. I have only driven the car 650 miles so far and it has been a pleasure to drive and a pleasure to pass the gas stations without stopping every four days. I will recommend Wyler and both the sales people that worked with me.

The staff actually knows what they're talking about and was able to answer my questions. There was no pressure in buying at all. I've been to other dealerships where I've been pushed to buy a car that I don't even want! Great service! I waited 5 hours but it was ok.

Very good service, very patient sales professionals, they offer a lot of incentives not available in other dealerships. I would recommend to work with Larry Moore and Greg Hulley if you need to buy Mazda.

I was very impressed with the non-pressure sales and friendless of the salesman, Larry Moore and the Sales Manager. They went over all the features of the car and even filled the tank with gas. I also was happy how they reviewed the service department check list and follow-up concerning my first service visit. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Mazada.
