Laurie McLean at Sunshine Toyota

Laurie was great to work with, friendly and very helpful. She was able to take three cars in on trade-in (two, site unseen) to make our deal possible. They even came to our house to pick up the two other unseen vehicles so that we did not have to drive back and forth.

I look forward to my next purchase from Sunshine Toyota. I recommend them, and especially Laurie, to everyone. No pressure, just great and friendly service.

We were extremely pleased with our sales consultant, Laurie McClean. She was warm and friendly and made us feel like a valued customer. We especially enjoyed receiving her hand-written thank you note in the mail. Overall, we were impressed with Sunshine Toyota and the rest of the staff we encountered. Also, we LOVED the racing stripes that Laurie arranged to have done at our request...It made our Mini perfect!

The information from the web site about the van I purchased matched very well. The Sales person was friendly and helpful. The financial representative did not try to pressure me into anything more than what I wanted. Nice.

Recently puchased a Camry Hybrid from Sunshine Toyota with the help of Laurie McLean. She explained everything fully, was very thorough, and stayed in contact. Very friendly, helpful, and competent.

Having been a business owner for 30 years I know how important customer service is, and so do the people at Sunshine Toyota.

The easy sales philosophy is what makes the Sunshine experience outstanding. The team gives the buyer time and space to look, learn, and compare. They will jump in when asked or needed but they don't push their way in. Prices are very competitive and the team will go out of their way to locate the exact vehicle you want.

Finally, Laurie McLean came through for us again in finding the vehicle options we were looking for. This is the second new car we purchased from Sunshine Toyota and I will be back for a third.

I came to your dealership looking for a good used car in the $10,000 dollar range to give to my seventeen year old grandson. I was nervous about being taken advantage of because I am a woman (82 years of age), never having purchased a use car before in my life. Laurie put me at ease showed me three cars, every one of them nicer than the last. I made the decision to buy the 06 Chevrolet Impala Lt.

Laurie treated me in a very professional way, as did the other members of the sales team. I would recommend your dealership to friends.

Had a great expereince with Sunshine Toyota. The staff was very curterous and very patient. We had got into a car accident which totaled our car. Sunshine worked with us while we were waiting for the insurance check and even let us take the car home early while holding our down payment until we got our claim check.

If your in the market for a new or used Toyota, I would start my search with Sunshine.

Sunshine had a good selection of used Prius which I could not find in Kalamazoo. There were NONE at our local dealer. I had a choice at Sunshine! I was happy when I found JUST the car I wanted.

They did me a favor when they followed me home to pick up the title, which I had forgotten. I had a key problem, and they gave me a new one for free. Thanks, Sunshine!

The customer service begins from the time the salesperson asks if they can help. The sales process was clear, fair price offered for my trade-in and price of new vehicle was great. Entire process was completed quickly. Had a new vehicle, which was cleaned, washed and full of gas, in less than an hour. Had leased a vehicle from this dealer the previuos year and was equaly impressed. Would recommend Sunshine Toyota to anyone who asks.

My wife and I were in need of a minivan and based on previous experiences buying cars we were not looking forward to the buying experience. What we experienced at Sunshine Toyota was not what we were expecting and in a word was wonderful. Simply put we experienced no pressure, fair prices, and great customer service. From the moment we first contacted Sunshine we were treated with respect and responsiveness. Aimee was very patient with us as we looked at various options and when we told her we needed time to think things out she did not push but always responded promptly to questions we had. When we came in to test drive the Sienna models we were interested in we had the opportunity to work with Laurie who was assisting Aimee who was out. Laurie was professional and friendly. She gave us all the time we needed in driving and pouring over the details on three different models. After we had narrowed our choice to a model and options it was time to talk availability and price. In my head I was thinking, all right, now comes the painful part. Again, our experience at Sunshine was the complete opposite of what I imagined the process was. I was presented with a fair price for both our trade and the car and Laurie took care of the details while my wife and I relaxed in their showroom. At one point while we were getting the paperwork and details settled I was greeted by Matt, the sales manager. Matt thanked me for the business and stated it would be just a little bit longer as he wanted to change out the battery in the van because it was not performing perfectly. My wife was so happy about not only the car, but the attention she received from Laurie. Laurie focued on her needs during the process and she felt an equal partner with me in the process (in past experiences my wife was ignored by the sales rep).
The entire experience changed my perception of the car purchasing process and I look forward to interacting with the Sunshine staff as I take the van in for service. I also know that when I look to replace my primary car in the next couple of years I will start my search with Sunshine.
