Hello, I am James (Leo) Treadway Jr. I joined the Germain Family in March of 2011. This is my first job in the automotive business; prior to this I worked for FedEx Ground and had a few Sales jobs on the side. This is a fun industry to work in; I get the opportunity to match some one with the vehicle that will work best for their unique situation and life style. The most rewarding part of my day is when I make a new friend and they drive away with a big smile on their face.

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with close friends, watching movies, learning about the new technology that is coming out and how it can be implemented to help make our world more environmentally friendly.

Leo Treadway & Lew Karbler was very knowledgeable and was a great help for me to decide and buy a new Toyota Sienna .They both were friendly and professional.I know that I will come back to them if I ever decide to buy a vehicle again. Thanks again guys.

My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
OK it’s like this, I have tried several times to buy a car from Germain to no avail. So why would this time be any different? Well, it was different because Leo Treadway worked with me and got me a better deal than the car service I was using. YES there was a little haggling and I thought it would be a wash, but to my surprise, I walked out with new Tundra.

The next day I was back at the dealer because the truck was acting up with 68 miles. They gave me a loaner and couple hrs later, it was completed and they called and said all good, the computer needed an update. But they gave me the loaner no questions asked, not the typical, "Well lets see what we have, ooopps no loaner". NO it was you want a truck or car? Here is one right up front, let me know if you need it longer and out I went and they fill it up. The service was very polite and assured me that the truck was 100% and wouldn’t happen again.

Would I buy from them again, YES.
