Honest, wont make promises they cant keep, best knowledge/amount of time spent compared to seven other dealers in three other states. Not afraid to say no if deal not workable but be creative to find acceptable compromise. Happy to provide anytime.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
This high rating I gave was simple! I have never been to a dealership and felt more at home. Working with Zac, Lauren and Jeff was a real pleasure. I feel comfortable with the price I paid for my new truck and with the trade in allowance I received. So Mr. Wilde, (if that is your real name). You can rest assured that you can be proud of the proficiency of you sales and finance staff. I think they are few good men who I would be proud to have work for me. That being said it is now my turn to rate you sir. The next time I come in I would like to see a hot dog vendor, popcorn machine, free soda and an organ grinder and little monkey for my entertainment.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
Ok I have to admit it, Wilde wants to make you happy. They want a happy customer at the end of the day. Not one that leaves upset or regrets their decision. Zak and Loren work with the new trucks and I will be honest, they were fantastic to work with! I told Zak from the get go - no games. And that is exactly how he treated me, with honesty and respect. Loren was great at making our deal happen the way we wanted it. Amy in finance wound up helping to change this opinion from one of an unhappy finance experience to one that changed my perspective of this entire dealership. There was only one person in finance I would never deal with again, he will remain anonymous at this time. The high pressure sale to buy an extended warranty is my only complaint. I think that if Toyota is as great a product as they state, we will be fine with the one that comes with it. In the end, we have a great truck and I am again a happy customer. Thanks Zak and Loren for all you did and for the window swap - a special request.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
The courtesy I was shown was greatly appreciated. The pricing was very fair and straight forward. At no time was I pressured. I never felt that there was any rush to make my purchase. Everything was very professional.
When I came to pick up my new Tundra, it was ready. I was shown all of the functions of the different controls. It was not a rushed process. It was very thorough.
