I couldn't have been more pleased with my frist car buying experience. After dealing with another local dealership in the area, coming to Proctor was a completely different experience. Even though I am very young, Mac treated me with courtesy and respect. I will definitely visit Proctor again for our next vehicle purchase!

sales person had lots of knowledge and was very patience with the sale . continued to look until he found the right car . I went only with intent to look but end up doing a lease . No pressure was every applied , and all parties in the dealership was a pleasure to work with . Very good on price also . Gave great instructions on electronics after the purchase was completed . Overall great experience from start to finish

I have been looking at cars for about a year, I've come across pushy salesmen and rude employees. This was not the case at Proctor Acura. Robert and Mac were not only friendly, but very informed with the inventory and meeting my needs. The service department is FABULOUS! The staff at Proctor made the sale easy; I feel if i need any assistance, they are available and polite.

My Review of Proctor Acura:
My first experience purchasing a used 2010 Acura TL from Proctor Acura was very good. Mac Nolen was very helpful, personable, and was not a pushy car salesman. He was diligent about answering questions, returning phone calls when we had questions, and helping make sure everything was right. Purchasing a car is a major decision for me. I test drove several other brands of vehicles in addition to the Acura. That alone helped confirm I was choosing the right brand. Completing the sale was very quick and easy; and Mac was willing to even give a lesson on the TECH features to a new "low-tech" owner so that I could get the basic settings to my liking. I was assured the dealership stands behind its cars and is there to help any time needed.

My wife and I purchased a 2010 MDX with 12,000 miles. We are very happy with our purchase and with the professionalism of the Proctor Acura Staff.

Our salesman, Mr. Mac Nolen, was courteous, personable, concerned that the vehicle met our needs, and very knowlegable about Acura products, and the features of our MDX, which has the Tech Package. He has good people skills and we will seek him out in the future when we need an automobile.

Will ________, who discussed our trade-in with us, was polite and helpful. And Diane ________, who cared for the paper-work was efficient and pleasant.

This is the fourth car we have purchased from Proctor. We appreciate your commitment to excellence and customer service! Overall this is the 8th Honda/Acura vehicle we have purchased. And our oldest daughter is now driving her second Acura TL. We love the Honda engines - especially in an Acura body!
