I have done a lot of car and truck deals in the past 54 years but this one was by far the best ever. I had talked to the internet sale manager Mark Murphy on the phone and was very pleased with his relaxed manor and friendly approach. Not at all what I was expecting, top marks for that. The next morning I arrived at the sales lot just before they opened because I needed to look around before a sales rep got involved. I was pleasantly greeted by a sale agent by the name of PJ Pourjami. I told him that I was looking for a Ram truck. We talked a little so he could get a good idea as to what I was looking for in a truck. We than went to the truck lot and he showed me the exact truck I was looking for, top marks for that. He went to get the keys and I stayed to continued to look at all the trucks on the lot. When he returned we looked the truck over and went for a test dive. To this point there was zero sales pressure and all he wanted to know, was I liking this truck. I said lets go toss some numbers around. PJ made the entire buying experience truly enjoyable and fun, as it should be, top marks for that. Every department I came into contact with was friendly, up beat and honest, top marks for that. Even employees who had nothing to do with sale were friendly and up beat, top marks for that. There has been multiple follow up calls and e-mails to thank me for my business and was there anything they could help me with, top marks for that. I a nut shell, Reno Dodge is in a class unto themselves and they are the bar other dealerships must reach for if they want to survive. The other dealerships in this town range form bad to worse.
