This is the second lease agreement I have had with Mark, the third with this dealership. He does not pressure, presents all the facts and follows through. My daughter came with me to pick up the car, and she intends to work with him when she is ready to buy a new Honda which will be her third with the dealership.

I bought my last 3 Honda's from Mark Randall, there’s no sales tactic’s with Mark, he’ll ask you a few questions to find your needs, answer yours and give you the bottom line to steer you in the right direction and help you make the right choices. Not once did I ever feel pressured or felt I over paid for my car. Every time I drive out of D&C Honda’s parking lot I feel good about the purchase I made, which is why my family and I will continue to turn to D&C Honda and call on Mark for all our car needs.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
After visiting 11 other Honda dealers in NY and NJ I took a chance and went into Honda of Tenafly. There I was met by Mark. He was a straightforward individual. He told it like it is. This was a welcome change from all the empty promises I had heard. Within 2 minutes of looking over the cars on the lot he handed me some papers. Initially I thought he wanted me to sign something, but he had instead given me the carfax for the vehicle I expressed interest in. I hadn't even asked for it. At the same time there were no high pressure tactics. The showroom was clean and orderly and actually quiet, unlike some other dealerships I had visited which were more like organized chaos. Everyone was friendly and laid back. Mark was very easy to deal with. I went back and forth with him via telephone until I arrived at a deal I was comfortable with. When I went in to sign the papers everything went smoothly. Mark knows the business and he knows his job. He is a welcome change from the stereotypes that are out there. Keep up the good work.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
I just purchased a new honda accord and Mark was my "go to" person. This was my first dealing with Mark and he is a keeper. Very knowledgeable; friendly; courteous...he knows his "stuff". He is definiately a "low pressure" salesman, which is a good thing, especially for me. been there/done that!!!
When I came to see Mark to take possession of my honda, he walked me through the
"inner" workings of the car which was super helpful.

Honda of Tenafly should be proud to have Mark as one of their employees!

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
Frank LaRocca was terrific! I couln't ask for better service, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable and the overall experience was outstanding. Buying or leasing a car, just going to a dealership is intimidating, but not this dealership. Everyone there was warm, kind, and inviting.

After the deal was done Frank and Mark showed me how to sync my phone and spent a great deal of time with me outside in the car.

I can't thank the owner Norman, his salespeople Frank and Mark for helping me out as much as they did.

If anyone is looking for a Honda go to this dealership and ask for Frank he is going to help you out and get you that great deal!!
