Went in to order a new back up camera for my 2011 Sonata LTD. As always I was treated great and with respect. Any question I have had has always been answered. They go above and beyond to assist the customer and to find a friendly resoultion. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and including the service dept. My next purchase will be within the dealership.

My Review Of Gates Hyundai of Richmond:

Went in for a safety recall. Took about 30 minutes and this included a car wash. Talked to Matt for a few minutes and also Danielle ( service advisor ) and they are both very thorough the work preformed on our car and about customer service. This is why I gave the rating above.

My Review Of Gates Hyundai of Richmond:

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Gates. Byran was super to work with. After a couple of weeks had a problem with check engine light.
Matt Gray checked it out, but determined best for a Ford dealer to work on it. Had it fixed at no cost to me.
Great over all service, friendly, not pushy. Easy experience. They stand by their sales.

The whole process is very streamlined, allowing us to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area has always had coffee and drinks. All employees have been courteous. And most importantly, we've never had to bring the car back because of poor repair work or any other issues caused by mechanics.
