Neal Brown at Park Place: Porsche Dallas

I have been buying Porsches since the middle 1980"s this was one of my greatest experiences buying a car. I did the entire transaction by email and the phone since I live in Houston. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they did not waste my time with the usual games many dealers play. When I am ready for my next new Porsche ParkPlce will be the first dealership I contact!

There were a few hiccups beyond anyone's control, but overall I''m very happy with this vehicle. This was an online purchase and I'm not sure if I'll make another purchase without actually seeing the product first.

My car buying experience at Park Place Porsche was outstanding and absolutely painless. Neal Brown did a great job with both my Cayenne S purchase and my trade-in and was first class throughout the process. I will highly recommend Neal to any of my contacts interested in a Porsche. The financing process was also seamless, and Porsche was able to beat my credit union's interest rate by 40 basis points with the same loan term. I'm very happy with my Porsche and the process.

I still consider Park Place Porsche a premiere dealer here in Dallas TX. Centrally located off Lemmon Ave, the showroom is easy to access, pleasing to look at and most of all the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I was unable to "stump" my guy with questions, stats etc. Park Place is very easy to deal with, there was little or no "haggling" on price - they exceeded the best finance rate I could find. Their service is top-notch, the free car wash is a breeze to deal with - even on a busy Saturday turn around time is well under 60m (usually 20m or less in fact when not busy). (I know - other dealers near them claim 60m but when I tried it was over and 1:30 - useless to me) I would purchase here again.

I purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 from Neal Brown in July 2013. The entire process was
relatively painless in all respects. Mr. Brown was very helpful in selecting color combinations and in giving an honest appraisal of the numerous options available. Unlike my last vehicle purchase (BMW X5), it was not necessary to order multiple pricey option packages to get the 5 or 6 items I really wanted on the car. I received a fair price for my trade-in; delivery was on-time and convenient, and I like the car.

Jason was very attentive and helpful throughout the time I spent at the dealership. In the 2 months it took to purchase a car the Dealership was thorough and professional- not pushy in trying to make a sale.

I live in Fort Worth. Definitely worth the trip to Dallas as the dealership is friendly, has much better selection of cars, and generally feels great. My wife has a MB purchased at the Fort Worth Park Place MB and the feel of that Park Place is the same. Their approach is great. Neal Brown was helpful and knowledgeable, but never pushy. Wish they were closer to home, but with the willingness to pick up and drop off, and the availability of a loaner, there is so little disadvantage to getting service there, that I intend to go with the superior place. I was not expecting any significant discount with a recently introduced model (Panamera GTS), but thought the price was fair. Price for trade in was fair as well. Overall a very good car buying experience.

Very attentive and great customer service. Jeff and Neal made sure all my questions were answered and my vehicle was serviced. Adam got us the best rate possible for financing. It was a pleasure to work with Park Place!
