Peter Bielanski at DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring

I have been at the Dealer Service for more than two years. I can say everybody on the service and dealership are are nice and helpful, but Peter is the best customer handler and understands what really you are looking for. He is genuine and and have manner. I thank him for his fast and clear respond at any time I visit the Toyota Service.

Recently, my car was not running as smooth as it has in the past. So i asked around to some of my friends of where i should take my car to, 3/5 of my friends recommended me to go to this dealership. My first time at this particular shop was pretty good. I was a little overwhelmed from the amount of people going in for service, i had been to other shops and never seen so many people dropping of their cars. I was recommended to ask for Howard Feld, This guy is very much a people person and is determined to help customers out, and his jokes are not bad too! Howard asked lots of questions to determine what was wrong with my car. After coming to the conclusion, he recommended me a couple things to help my car, which i agreed too. They had to order a part that was not in stock, so I had to come back. Thats when i had the opportunity to work with Peter Bielanski, this guy was very friendly and helpful, he even introduced me to one of the mechanics who was going to work on my car. The cashiers were also very friendly. I would also recommend to all my friends and family this dealership.

Peter is a awesome person to work with! Always pleasent and honest. Keeps me well up to date (when possible) on my vehicle status. I appreciate the fact that he goes out of his way to make sure his Customers are fully satisfied.

Peter Bielanski is absolutely one of the best service representatives anyone can have assigned to them regarding auto service/repairs. During each of my visits over the past year (for multiple vehicles being serviced), Peter has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received prompt, courteous, and reliable service. His knowledge base concerning the vehicles and service(s) required has been admirable. In short, Peter Bielanski is actually one of the reasons why I return to DARCARS' service center for my vehicles.

Peter Bielanski is such a good guy that I will always recommend everybody to him. I wish All Darcars employers could be like Peter. What a Great Guy ?

I gave the rating I did because my treatment as a customer has been excellent and I'm always listened to regarding want I need and want when I visit here for services. The lounge facilities are excellent and my service rep stays in contact with me during my wait for my car. Peter Bielanski is a very friendly and respectful service rep, and he enjoys talking with and helping his customers. He makes my trip to DARCARS a pleasure.

My family has bought cars from this dealership for the last 11 years. I usually only go there with my family. However, I have recently been going there alone to get my car's oil changed. I have been helped by Peter the last few times I have gone there. Peter now knows me very well and has answered every question I had about my car. It makes me feel good to know that I now have a friend around when I go there. I would highly recommend going to this dealership if you want to do business with nice, dedicated, and professional employees, such as Peter.

Peter is a very friendly and the service that he provided me with was very good! I'm happy that I choose this dealership and received Peter as my dealer. I bring my vehicle there every 4000 miles and always leave with a smile on my face. Dad Cars is doing a excellent job and definitely keep in up with their extra friendly staff as well. :-)

When it is time to get my car serviced or whenever I have a problem with my car, my first call is to Darcars Toyota (Silver Spring) to make an appointment to see Peter Bielanski. He provides great service and is always happy to answer all my questions. He gives great advice and makes the whole situation tolerable, if not enjoyable (an experience I have not had elsewhere); generally, I dread getting car maintenance or fixed up, but with Peter I always know I am getting the best service, the best prices, and comprehensive care.

Unfortunately, my car has been damaged once or twice and had various warning lights go off. It is easy to make an appointment online or by phone with Darcars Toyota and Peter is always there to help. He does not just tell me what to do, rather, he gives me all the information and all possibile options and helps me make an informed decision about what course of action to take.

Darcars also has wifi and a business center with outlets and desks, so I can be productive while I wait. Peter usually gets me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Since I can both work and play, it helps the time fly. I highly recommend making an appointment with Darcars Toyota and seeing Peter Bielanski.

Even though this dealership is very busy they try they best to get you in and out. I am looking forward to the completion of the renovations because the trailers get very crowded with customers.
