My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
First of all, in the spirit of full-disclosure, I'm a skeptic of anything and everything associated with the car business. They have earned their reputation. Over the years, I've purchased vehicles from probably a dozen different dealerships and always viewed the salesperson/GM/Fleet Mgr etc. as the "enemy". My goal was to be sure I came away with the deal that "least ripped me off". Sound familiar?

Cabe Toyota is different....Really!!....Our buying experience was nothing short of outstanding. Customer service is a term all businesses use but few businesses practice. Cabe Toyota epitomizes great customer service. It is observable and tangible and woven into their culture. My Dad had an auto repair business, I work in customer service, and it is refreshing to find a business that truly cares about serving their customers. Also, you cannot have great customer service without having great integrity. My wife and son visited the dealership first, and this was a strategic decision to see how they would be treated without the bulldog (me) present. Rod Whitfield could not have been any nicer to them. We did purchase a used Scion XB at a great price (even by my frugal standards). I give Cabe Toyota my highest recommendation. We will be back! Cabe Toyota's challenge moving forward is to keep the great culture of customer service intact as you grow and expand.

Rod helped me find my 2012 Scion, fast. I was very specific about the features I wanted and Rod tracked one down. I explained that it was imperative to find one as soon as possible due to the fact that this would be my work vehicle. In about a week's time, I had my VERY hard to find 2012 Scion xB with a manual transmission. I am beyond satisfied with my new xB.

It was a bit bumpy at first, but I was completely honest with the dealer and finance team with what payments I could and could not do, and they made it work without hassle. I would recommend this dealer, esp if you are looking for a used car with low mileage and in excellent condition.

My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
I went into this dealership on 5/28/2011 and traded in my 2011 Toyota Camry because I needed a truck. The sales team was very friendly and very quick to answer any questions that I had. As with dealing with any dealership, it wasn't completly painless, however Don Duddridge, the Operations Manager contacted me today, and went out of his way to correct this issue. It wasn't nothing major, however I needed my license plates for my new truck by the end of June. In the end, I will have my plates by Tuesday. Don was VERY helpful, and has taken care of it all. Other then the issue with the license plates, and going round and round on it and not being able to get a answer until Don got involved, everything was perfect. I was also very surprised to get a great trade in on my Camry.

If anyway is looking for a used Camry that was taken care of and in better shape then ANY USED CAR YOU WILL EVER FIND... contact Cabe Toyota. The car was serviced EVERY 5000 miles, and it only has 15,000 on it now. The sport edition.

My Review of Cabe Toyota of Long Beach:
Bought a new 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid (red) from Cabe Toyota yesterday. Had originally decided I wanted a 2011 Honda Accord, but Norm Reeves Honda only offered me $5,000 for my trade-in (a 2005 Toyota Corolla that blue-booked at $8,500). Cabe offered me $8,200. So that's why I'm driving a new car today. I've been dealing with Cabe since 1998 (two Toyotas ago), and this is my second new car from them - - they're the best! I would give them an A+ for friendliness and courtesy - - qualities so hard to find these days, especially at car dealerships. And they worked with me on the price. But I do have to tell you, I've been baking my famous chocolate chip cookies for the whole staff for years so I think they might be a little prejudiced.

So if you're in the market for a new or used Toyota, go here first and don't waste your time with all the other ripoff car dealers out there. And by the way, I don't work for them and never have! Just love the place

I had a great experience with Cabe because I was looking for a very specific car for the lowest possible price. I contacted many dealers and none of them had the exact car I wanted. Cabe Toyota was the only dealer who was willing to find the car for me. They went the extra mile and I got the exact car I wanted at a price better than I expected! Oni was very helpful at keeping me updated and Rod was able to tell me all about the car (he actually drives the same Toyota that I bought). I highly recommend this dealer for a low pressure sales situation with the end result being that you get exactly the car you want!

Walked in with no intention to purchase a Toyota vehicle, we were actually on the way to a Honda dealership. Left extremely satisfied with a brand new Venza. The deal was too great to pass up. Rod and Eddie did an amazing job and made sure we left completely satisfied.
