I grew up in Virginia Beach Virginia. I started in the Car Business right out of High School. I came to Kansas City in November of 2003. I started working for Rob Sight March of 2008. I enjoy working here because I like the people I work with plus I really enjoy helping customers fix their vehicles. I enjoy going to boats to gamble and have fun. My favorite past time is sitting on the porch having a beer with my wife of 17 years.

Hey Rob Sightb Team!
I have recently moved to the area and needing dependable people was more of a priorty over a dependable stand alone dealer. ( if the truth be known, dependable people WILL ALWAYS set a foundation for a dependable dealer ). The Rob Sight team has welcomed me with open arms and treated me as if I were a seasoned customer. Service is prompt and to the point, break down of repairs is presented with no "fluffy stuffing" and keep those smiles and hand shakes coming!

My Review Of Rob Sight Ford:

I purchased my Ford Escape in July of 2012 - Marc Sullivan was outstanding. I have had two oil changes since - both times the service department was incredible. For both service visits I was in and out in less than and hour - even on a busy Saturday - everyone is extremely professional and friendly. I have complete faith and peace of mind having "Rob Sight" as my dealership. "Rob Sight" will always have my business - and because this dealership is so great - I will keep buying Ford products.

My Review Of Rob Sight Ford:

I went in for routine service, but also had a SYNC update to complete. I hadn't finished the download, and had ordered but not received my new navigation card. When I picked the car up from servicing, the SYNC download had been completed and a new navigation card installed! What a wonderful surprise. I was also offered assistance to pair my phone. thanks so much for the unexpected added service!

Roger was very friendly and accomodating. Service was relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set this service up to be completed the folling morning. Craig took care of getting right in the next morning and Enterprise was great too.

Dealing with Emmitt in the Parts Dept was a pleasure. He took the time to go out and take a look at my car to make sure I got the correct part and I got a discount on the price to boot.
Dealing with Roger in the Service Dept was great. I was greeted promptly and courteously and the service was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

My Review Of Rob Sight Ford:

Another great buying experience at Rob Sight Ford. I bought my second vehicle here in 3 days! Win Glass was a pleasure to work with as my salesman and Rich Poe did a fine job filling in for Tony on a Saturday to get the paperwork done, even though this was a little out of his element. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford to my friends and colleagues when the are ready for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had a second set of keys programmed by Roger Waterfield and am coming back for a new door program code and an extra fob for the remote start, all provided free as part of my deal.

An overall very rewarding buying experience.

My Review Of Rob Sight Ford:

Roger did a great job assisting me with my 90,000 mile check up and finding a problem that could be fixed before my extended warrenty expired. I really appreciated his professionalism. He provided me a rental car and when the job became too long to wait. He is an excellent employee. I will recommend this dealership in the future to other Ford users.

While waiting on my car, I had a chance to talk to Gary Singer. He took me out on a test drive of the new Focus and new F150. He was professional, patient and provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the newer Ford cards. We have purchased every car we have owned with another dealership. For the first time in 25 years, we will consider switching dealerships. THANKS!!!
