Ryan Amundson at Dorsch Ford Kia

Experience was very good, it was a no hassle, no pressure atmosphere. I did not feel like any time was wasted and felt good coming out of the transaction. The vehicle was prepped very well prior to pick up, and the full tank of gas is always the way to go. This is our second vehicle purchase with Dorsch Ford, and I believe we will be back. Thank you

I walked into Dorsch looking for a variety of things and asking multiple questions. Brad answered all of my questions and steered me towards several cars that fit what I was looking for. He was helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and even accessible over the holiday weekend when I had a question. He was open but not over-bearing like most car salesman and that's what made me feel comfortable and wanting to shop at Dorsch.

The service was excellent right from the beginning. They were out the door giving me service once my feet hit the lot. Plenty of greetings and very friendly staff. They were flexible with the down payment and explained in detail every part of the deal. An outstanding experience.

Update:
I wrote the original review on 3-11-2013. After writing the review I went back to Dorsch to pick up the down payment. Another sales man (I do not recall his name) came up to me and I explained the situation below. Right away he showed me the X-plan price and right away all the doubt that I had about what Ryan showed me with regards to pricing was cleared. In fact Ryan Amundson was correct in his quotation but because I did not ask and Josh did not offer to show me the invoice we felt that the correct price was not applied.

Craig Micke, the sales manager, was very helpful and apologized for the misunderstanding and poor handling of the situation. Craig did make up for the issues we had during our Saturday visit which lead us to reconsider our decision not to do business with them. I am still considering the purchase of a vehicle at Dorsch.

Original Review:
We came from Broadway Ford after testing a Ford Escape to test drive a Kia Sportage. When we arrived we walked over to the Kia section and Josh Brewer took very good care of our request to test drive a Kia Sportage. We decided to check Dorsch's inventory of Ford Escapes to see if they had a model S. They told us that one is coming this week so we decided to get pricing on it. We let them know that we qualify for Ford's X-plan due to our employement with a Ford partner.

In came Ryan Amundson, who was not as nice as Josh. I told him that my sister qualifies under my plan because she is a memeber of the household. He said that only a spouse is qualified and I explained to him that I read the plan and it stated members of the household who can prove they have the same address. I called the Ford Partners help line at 877-975-2600 and confirmed that indeed even my sister qualifies as long as she is living with me at the same address and can show it on her license. Additionally, based on the Ford partners website a model S under the X-plan should be offered to us at around 21,762 yet Ryan claimed that the X-plan price 23,017. I questioned him on the price and the fact that I was not getting X-plan pricing but he interrupted me continuously. Worst of all, when we started talking about money they wanted us to sign an empty vehicle purchase agreement! Then before we left they still insisted in us signing an agreement that we did not feel was agreeable!

Our sales person took all the time we needed to help us find the vehicle that was right for us. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. Great experience.

Dorsch service is exceptional! Everyone we worked with was very cordial, inviting and gave the impression that they wanted you to be there. We have had the complete opposite experience at another Ford dealership in a neighboring town. We were happy to make our purchase with a dealership that wanted our business.

I have bought many vehicles and I have never done it with such ease and exceptional customer service. Brad Zerelli was an amazing help in my quest to find the perfect vehicle! He worked around my schedule and even brought a vehicle for me to see while I was working! When I went to pick up my awesome new car I was not only greeted by a friendly salesman named Ryan, I was also helped immediately by another Ryan who was just as fast and engaging! I can't say enough wonderful things about these three guys and I highly suggest that you go to Dorsch for any of your vehicle needs! Had a great experience working with Eric on finding a new car that fit all our 'wants'. Simply provided Eric a list of things we would like and don't want. He knew exactly what would fit all of our requirements and saved us a lot of time looking around at options that weren't even an option!! Knowledgable on the vehicles and features. Very friendly to work with!! Would have and already have recommended him!!

We just bought our second KIA from Dorsch in Green Bay. We are retired and live in Michigan's Upper Peninsula so must drive 225 miles to deal with Dorsch Ford KIA but find the agency and it's people well worth the trip. Salesman Ray and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly and on top of that they give you a great deal. We love our KIA's. Thanks Dorsch Ford Lincoln KIA and Ray Besaw. Eric was informed on both vehicals we were interested in. Eric found a way to make the deal work for both parties. Debbie was very organized and efficient.
