I cannot say enough about how easy and pleasant my purchase of a new truck was from this dealership. I am located in Texas and wanted to find a particular vehicle. I located it in Utah and contacted Paula. She gave me a fair price right off the bat and arranged the shipping for me. She was great to work with. The truck arrived when she said it would and the whole process was very smooth. I would buy another vehicle from her in a heartbeat!

I had been planning for some time to buy my son a new truck. After seeing the Ken Garff add, (their prices looked very competitive) I went to the dealership. Allen Empey was quickly there to help me and even went to the trouble, when I couldn't find what I wanted on their lot, to drive to another dealership to get the truck I wanted for my son. The price was right, and I was so impressed with the service that I ended up buying a new truck for myself also. I would certainly recommend Allen and Ken Garff Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will be going back there when I'm ready for my next truck!

We first contacted the dealership by internet about a new ford fusion hybrid. Josh answered our inquiry and wanted to know exactly what we were looking for. We told him what features we wanted, but they had no hybrids in stock, not even one we could test drive. A few days later they called telling us they had brought one in from another dealer and thought it might be what we were looking for. It was fulled loaded with everything we wanted, color included. We drove it and fell in love. We couldn't leave with out purching our new car.

I was looking for a Dodge Nitro online. I inquired about one at Ken Garff Ford . Jim Elliott responded almost right away. When we arrived at the lot, Carl Johnson was right there to answer all the questions we had. We have had recent credit issues. Shelton Heath took care of us and found the financing that we needed. We previously went to a competitor. What a difference in costomer service. Ken Garff's employee stand out ahead of the others. Way to go!! Thanks again for everything.

We could not have asked for better Ford employees to work with us. They went out of their way to help us have the best and easiest and painless experience possible. We felt Josh and Brandon were knowledgeable and honest with us in all areas of the sale. We had an end of lease vehicle from a dealership in Salt Lake City that they took care of for us. Our experience with that dealership pales in comparison to what we experienced at Ken Garff Ford. We will definitely go back there for our next vehicle solely because of Josh and Brandon. Shelton Heath handled the paper work professionally and knowledgeably and quickly, which was greatly appreciated!

I knew that i wanted a new F-150 because Ford did not take any of the government bail out money and i thought that it was a far better truck than the Toyota Tundra and the Nissan Titan. I had been looking at trucks for about two months and after driving all three thought that the F-150 was the best truck.
I test drove the Ford at Brent Brown Ford in Provo. I did not like the dealer ship nor the manager that came to talk to me( i cant remember his name). So i called two other Ford dealerships and talked to Ryan at the Ken Garff Ford. I told him what i was looking for and he informed me that he had quite a large selection of F-150's to choose from so i went down to see the trucks. He was waiting for me when i arrived with my wife. There were five times the trucks to choose from then at the Brent Brown dealership and Ryan was really nice. My wife and i drove two different trucks and Ryan was really helpful going over the options and differences in the trucks(even though it was really really cold). We decided we liked the lariat pkg.
We went inside to work on the price of the truck. Brent Buhler came out to talk to us and they gave us a really good deal with out all the "smokey mirrors" lol thats what Brent called it. So we decided to go ahead with it because we liked the truck and the way we were treated.
We went over the numbers with Shelton and it went just fine. Everything was what we wanted. We were going to take the truck that night buy we wanted the leather treatment applied to the new truck and decided to pick it up the next day. When my wife and i went back after work the next day the truck was all ready to go. Ryan hooked our phones up to the sync( which is really cool) and we were all finished. The whole thing went really good no one lied to us or pressured us into a decision. I really love my truck and it looks great in the new garage. The problem is my wife now wants the Explorer that is coming out next year so my guess is we will be back to Ken Garff Ford for that one.
