No injuries and we wanted another. We thought about a used one, but we decided to get a new Element. I went online for a price quote from the 3 Knoxville dealerships, and Airport Honda was the first one to respond with a price by 24 hours. I came over Saturday and met Gary Silvey who was extremely helpful. He offered for me to drive home an Element to show my wife, and we came back that evening. We decided on the color and it was located and brought to the dealership. An unpleasant experience with the demise of our 2003 Element was turned into a pleasant experience with the purchase of our 2011 Element.
