My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

The friendliness and customer service is outstanding. As we waited for our salesman Steve to finish up with another customer Scott came and greeted us, quickly making us feel at home. He wasted no time in finding the car we came for and sent us on our way for a test drive. Steve also did and outstanding job in closing the deal making us feel very comfortable with the price we were paying. We had visited another dealer in the Chicago area the week before and although the experience was ok we we felt as if they were just trying o get a sale and not relly listening to what we wanted. Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle was so much better and we will gladly recommend to anyone who is looking for a car, whether it be new or used.

I have used Drew for all my service work and he is always friendly, helpful and honest.
I also just bought a new Infiniti from the dealership and Steve was great! Not at all pushy and even drove my other car home for me! Always a great place to take my car to have it serviced!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

The dealership had the vehicle displayed on the internet when I arrived and gave meet a fair and reasonable price that was under KBB's price. There was no pressure to buy and all the sales consultants were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was certified pre-owned and they provided a Carfax report, further assuring me that I was getting a nice vehicle for a great value. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your new and used car purchases.

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

This is the first time I purchased a vehicle not only from a internet listing but almost 400 miles away. The experience was a little scary until Steve Johnson guided me through the process step by step with no pressure. My questions came one after another and at different times all being answered in a very timely manner after Steve took the time to find out the correct answer. I was really taken back when Steve went the extra mile to contact Lexus direct regarding the remote start and parking sensors options. I wanted to know if this vehicle had these features, and Steve wanted to make sure I had all the details before travelling all this way and being disappointed. The vehicle was exactly as Steve described it and even more. The whole experience was enjoyable with Steve picking me up at the airport (especially with him being on time,waiting on me and cold bottles of water) to the inspection,test drive and final paperwork documentation. I would recommend anyone to deal with Steve, better yet you need to ask for him, he is the ultimate professional.

Thanks again Steve the 400 mile drive home was GREAT !!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

I'm now in my 3rd Infiniti in the last 7 years. I brought my 2011 G37X in for an oil change and left in a new 2013 G37 IPL coupe after talking with Steve Johnson while waiting for the G37X to be serviced. As usual the experience was great and Steve, Ryan, Joe T., Hilary, Ryan and Christian were extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Infiniti if Naperville to other friends, family or colleagues. Great job gang!! Keep up the good work!
