I was truly impressed with the exceptional customer service level that was provided to me by Tim Slattery and his assistant Seth, as well as Scott Clausing. These individuals made by car buying experience great and my visit to the dealership was very pleasant. Other personnel, including the General Manager, introduced themselves to me and made sure that I was comfortable while at the dealership. I was also highly impressed that Tim Slattery showed me around the entire dealership and introduced me to all of the departments, including the service department, so that I was comfortable knowing where to bring my car in for service if needed. I especially liked that Taylor Chrysler Doodge offers free car washes to customers. I would highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used car and I am confident that you will experience the same quality of customer service that I received.

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
Earlier this year I decided that I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. When I got serious about my car shopping I decided to contact Taylor Dodge as they are a very strong supporter of the local United Way campaign. My initial contact with Taylor Dodge was through their web portal which put me in touch with Tim Slattery the Manager of the Internet Sales Department. Tim obviously read my internet inquiry because he responded only a couple hours later with Jeeps that were in my price range and that met the criteria for the options I was seeking. He didn’t waste my time showing me things I didn’t want or trying to up-sell me into a price range that I was not comfortable at. After test driving the model with the options that I wanted Tim went into search mode to locate the exact same vehicle in the color that I wanted. I’m very pleased with my entire experience at Taylor Dodge.

As soon as we walked in the door we felt like family. I have bought many cars from many car dealers and I can honestly say that this car buying experience was a pleasure. Tim Slattery met our every need and answered every question honestly and knowledgeably. No high pressure and no promises that he couldn't deliver. We arrived on a Wednesday at dinner time and were surprised just how busy they were -- now we know why. Tim wanted us to get the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. Then, when it was time to talk financing, Scott Clausing with his vast knowledge of lenders and resources was able to get us an unheard of rate. He explained everything thoroughly and we certainly felt like he was trying his best to get us the best financing available....which he did. We walked out happy and satisfied customers and will always go to Taylor first!

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
From the moment I walked through the doors at Taylor, I knew I was in for a different car buying experience than I was used to. I had lost my previous car to a fire and was already stressed about replacing it. I was introduced to Tim Slattery and from that moment on, I knew I had come to the right place. I never felt a "buying pressure" from him or any of his staff. They were all about helping me replace my car with something that I was truly satisfied with. Bryan Davis was very helpful with suggesting different options and letting me drive the different cars overnight to help in my decision.

Once my decision was made, Tim and Scott Clausing explained everything to me about my purchase and warranty options very thouroughly. They covered any questions I had before I ever got the chance to ask them. I will definately be making more purchases from Taylor Dodge!

We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have always had a great experience. This particular visit to the dealership started out very stressful for me because it was because of an accident that I was going to have to get a new car. I did not have any thought other than going to see Bryan @ Taylor. I ended up working with Bryan and Tim and they made it as easy for me as they possibly could. They worked with me all the way through and made sure I was getting everything that I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to go visit them for any car needs. WE LOVE THESE GUYS!

My Review of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:
I really hate having to shop for cars. But the people at Taylor Dodge really went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We tried three different cars, thought about it for nearly a week, and then went back to take a second look. Rubeben was friendly and very accommodating. When it came to the business of the deal, Tim was very respectful of our desires and needs. Because of the very busy day, the process went a bit longer than we anticipated. When we said we would go get some lunch and return later to conclude the deal, Tim insisted on ordering lunch from Friday's for us. That was really nice.

Scott actually made the financial part of the purchase into a very low-stress experience.

And I must add that the Service Department was in large part the reason we came to Taylor Dodge looking for a car. They have done an excellent job of maintaining our Town and Country which now has over 213,000 miles. Respectful, courteous, and the get the job done right the first time.

By far thee best customer sevice I have EVER experienced!!! Tim Slattery went above and beyond to make my internet sales expeience a good one. While Bryan Davis made me feel like I was dealing with my buddy, instead of a pushy salesman. Nothing but an excellent dealership experience anyone can have at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep!!! I have purchased two vehicles from Tim & Bryan, and I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good vehicle and great customer service!!
