My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
I don't like purchasing cars. I find it to be very stressful. The experience at Wilde was excellent from my first phone contact with salesman, Tom Murray, to meeting him the next morning at their very nice facility-it felt like a clean place of business. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. The floor manager came to introduce himself, welcome me, show me around, and get me coffee from their coffee bar. Tom was successful in locating a car that was coming in soon and they appreciated the care and low miles on my 2005 Prius. I was so well rewarded it did not pay to sell it on my own. That made me very happy. Tom kept me updated and the car came in as he said it would. He explained the Prius 2011 to my husband and me very thoroughly. Jeff, in finance, was friendly, personable, and professional. Once again-not pushy. A couple days later I had an issue with the seat lever and Tom said to come in. He and I both knew it was me doing something wrong - which it was - but he never made me feel like the fool. He introduced me to Joel, service manager, who did not laugh at my ineptness either. I mentioned something else and without hesitation, he said let's put it on the computer to be sure it is OK.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will return to it for my fourth Prius.
