Vinny Notaro is the 'go to' guy at Albany Dodge! Vinny is super friendly, professional and patient....what else could you ask for in a car salesman!? My entire experience in purchasing a Nissan Rogue was so easy and stress free that I kept asking if there was anything else! From the test drive to signing the papers, a truly smooth process! Thanks so much Vinny for an experience that I will be bragging about for weeks!

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
I went into Albany Dodge after extensive research on the internet to look at a Dodge Durango. The dealer and manufacturer rebates that were being offered were what got me in the door. My first impression was terrible. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. When I got there the sales person I was to meet with was Alan. He was double booked on appointments and left me waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. Couldn't answer my questions and did not follow up with me at all.

I called the dealership and spoke to Rocco, the Sales Manager, and he was great. He convinced me to come back in and when I went in the second time I met with Vinny. Vinny did a great job answering all my questions and working with me. He took care of everything and made my experience great. Thanks to Vinny I will recommend Albany Dodge. I will just be sure to tell anyone I know to ask for Vinny and not Alan!

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
Vinny was a great salesperson; he took good care in getting us what we wanted. He even provided me with car mats after I had picked up the van. Rob Gage was a super nice guy who saw to it that I got my "free" laptop for buying the van, even though it was hard to obtain because of the depletion in stock from Christmas sales. Rob made sure I knew he didn't forget me and he was making weekly attempts to obtain one from Best Buy. Thanks Guys for your diligence.

I went to Albany Dodge looking for a used Dodge RAM, but to my surprise the truck I wanted was being sold right in front of my eyes, then I met Vinny Notaro, and it was all laughs and good times from that time till I picked up a brand new Ram Express. Vinny was a good guy, we talked more like two friends than a customer and a salesman would. Yes I did go from looking for a used to a new truck, no clue how that happened. I also enjoyed the time that Johna spend looking for a good bank to accepted the loan, and she was very easy on the eyes too, lol.

I started a search on the internet and made an appointment to come to your dealer ship to look at a specific truck that I was already approved to purchase, But upon my arrival to your dealer ship I was then informed that the truck had been sold and delivered and that you didn't have any more left in that price range. Jessica Young is whom I spoke with in connection with the truck I Had picked out over the internet. She then informed me that the truck I initially drove 2(two) hours to pick up was sold. Jessica then sent me to Vinny, It seemed to me that she just pushed me off because she screwed up. Vinny and Johann did every thing in there power to help me and they did. I would recommend a visit to the dealer ship in person but refuse to recommend doing any business with your dealership over the internet. Vinny and Johanna took my visit from getting ready to walking out of your dealership to working with me and getting a truck.
