I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. I highly recommend Stephanie and not only thru the purchase was so helpful but since then I have contacted her a few times asking her questions on my vehicle and she is prompt with answering and assuring me I am taken care of.

We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. I had an urgent matter with my 2020 XT4, where I put a new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help whatsoever from OnStar, I decided to call the dealership. I plead with the person on the phone to find someone to help me, it was after 5:00, I am sure people were ready to head home and I was in a panic. The guy I was telling my issue to goes and gets Matt (don’t know his last name) but he is the shop foreman. He got on the phone and said don't worry, I know exactly what you need to do. In literally 5 minutes he walked me through and fixed my issue. I was so happy that I think I told him I was sending him a dozen roses and told my friends if he was single I would marry him lol. He is what every dealership and business needs. He obviously knows Cadillac vehicles and to jump in to help me resolve my issue, he was a superstar. If it was not for him, I would have had to deal with another annoying call with OnStar and waiting for a service to show up and they probably would not be able to troubleshoot my issue. I was also parked in a lot in the North End, which would have been very costly if I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Whatever you pay him, you need to pay him more!!!

You are so lucky you have Christian M. on your team! My husband walked from some my Jeep dealers the last few months (Kelly included) because he has no time to wait and needs things done right. Christian was organized, friendly, knowledgeable and that made it work. I picked up my Jeep Wrangler yesterday and Christian took time to show me how to take the tops off and how to work other important features in my jeep I needed. I emailed this dealership looking for 1 of 2 specific out of production, vehicles and manual transmissions. The man who helped me write said that they didn't have any n. But I could check back later 2 days later. Ray texted me that they had one of the vehicles in and was able to set up an appointment for me to see it. My trade in died on the way. Do the dealership because the internal computer finally s*** the bed. I called the dealership and spoke with Michelle, who said I could have it towed in when I got to the dealership, Michelle took great care of me was able to get me financing even though there were issues with my credit report. And put me in quite literally my dream car.

I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.
