I’ve been a customer at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for - mtanto1217

I’ve been a customer at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for over eight years, and my new SUV is the third vehicle I’ve bought there. I came in for service this time and ended up upgrading. I loved my 2024 RX, but I’d been thinking about getting something bigger. I didn’t plan to make the decision that day, but the experience felt comfortable from start to finish. I had room to ask questions and talk things through, and I never felt pushed. James Golden is the person I always go to when I’m buying a car. He knows me and understands what I’m looking for. I see him when I come in for service, and he always remembers my name, even with my Greek last name. Monica Paz takes care of me at my service appointments. She walks me through every detail and follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Lenny Goldwasser always greets me with a smile and finds a way to help. This was my first time working with Earl Ko in Finance, and he made that final part of the process easy. I told him I didn’t want extra products or charges that hadn’t been explained to me from the beginning. He understood, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable. I also want to thank Bel Richiez. She wasn’t part of the negotiation; she just happened to be there at the right moment. I was looking at the SUV and thinking it over when she complimented it. Her upbeat energy lifted my mood and brought back the excitement I felt about the car. I’ve loved her enthusiasm since the first time I met her. Even when a visit takes a few hours, the atmosphere makes it pleasant. I was able to get work done in the café area, and the coffee was good and the Wi-Fi was super fast. For me, the difference is that I don’t just go there to buy or service a car. I look forward to seeing this team. If you want a dealership where you feel heard, welcomed, and cared for, I recommend Lexus of Sharon.

Our salesman, Paul Scannell, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, making a large purchase very informative and easy. During the process he even went above and beyond by using the 15 minutes of waiting time while the manager finished the financial paper work to contact our insurance company and make sure our insurance was covered and transferred to the new car.

We’ve been coming to this dealership for our Nissan - AF

We’ve been coming to this dealership for our Nissan leases since 2008. Josh has always been amazing to work with and really simplifies the process! He truly cares, is very responsive and really just honest/transparent. He lets you know if it’s the right time for your situation, or maybe to hold out if you can for a better deal. He makes it easy to fully understand the process and feel confident that you are receiving the best offer. The entire staff (and the overall vibe) is just friendly and chill. Everyone is just genuinely nice and not pushy in the least, and that’s a reflection of Josh’s leadership and approach. You always feel like the staff are trying to help you VS sell to you. We are always super thankful to Josh and appreciate that he is always there for us! Looking forward to a lot of future business to come! ~AF
