Although there were some minor issues due to communication problems, after communicating with the sales team and their management, they proactively helped me resolve the issues. They are not the kind of dealership that once you complete the transaction, they are no longer responsible. They are very responsible, transparent about the condition of the car, reasonable in pricing, and efficient. If I need to replace my car next time, I will still choose them

Everyone here genuinely seemed like they wanted to provide a good shopping experience for the buyer. In particular I had the opportunity to work with Lance and he was amazing! Hands down the greatest car salesman my parents and I have ever gotten to work with. He was very informative about everything with the car and made it a very easy experience for myself purchasing my first car from a dealership. He offered to show me every single feature with my car and was willing to answer any questions I had. Lance was not pushy at all and genuinely wanted myself and my parents to have a great car purchase experience and we did! The entire process was very easy.
