Bad Choice This company is by far the worst to get a vehicle from! The guy pretends to be for the customer but he really is for making ways to take extra money from you! I have been loyal in regards to paying whatever needed to be paid. I would stay in contact with them and Dave basically would through in my face to burrow money or my vehicle would be picked up. When first buying the car from Smart Choice nobody told me there wasn't child locks on the vehicle knowing I had a toddler who would be riding in the vehicle. Never received a title for the vehicle. I was tricked into another contract for the vehicle and it was a bold contract! They tried to get me to resign to cover up the unprofessionalism! I willingly gave the vehicle back before my deadline for my first payment and to find out 6 mos. later its listed as a repo and is hurting my credit. JANKY JANKY JANKY COMPANY! They changed their name but those few JANKY people still are behind this new name! More

Lied to and money stolen Jason a mechanic at Ann Street Auto took $1,075 for a transmission replacement. Was told it was done but the new transmission wasn't right but it had Jason a mechanic at Ann Street Auto took $1,075 for a transmission replacement. Was told it was done but the new transmission wasn't right but it had 3rd gear just no over drive after my vehicle was kept for a week. It did not in fact have 3rd gear. Nothing was different. A month later it's finally back in the shop for another week and was told it was available for pick up. Two cars in either side and a car parked directly behind mine horizontally. The car still had no 3rd gear And then started smoking. I will be taking legal action against Jason for stealing $1,075 and doing nothing to my car and giving,me no reciept s to show anything was done. More

I had a newer salesman, Ryan, that did a wonderful job taking care of us and helping us choose the right vehicle. During my visit I met Randy, the Service Dept manager and discussed a couple small repairs that I wanted to get taken care of and was assured that I would be completely taken care of and satisfied....and I am. I also met Don, the Sales Manager, who answered all questions we had about the dealership and their commitment to me, the customer...another wonderful person that I felt very comfortable working with. The General Manager, Dave, even stopped in to say hello to us and to offer his services after the sale to assist us in finding a new soft top and doors for our new Jeep....how awesome is that??? The Big Kicker to our visit was how Dave/Don/Ryan were able to help us out with our financing woes....we had a nice down payment to use but we also have a bankruptcy within the last year but this team was able to get us financed at a very reasonable rate with payments that were BELOW what we had even asked for (I told them around $200, not over $250, and my payment is $193/month). R U Kidding Me? Does this type of "Used Car Dealer" still exist??? As a very happy REAL customer I am here to tell you "YES it does"! More
