I walked from my car to the door and was met outside by

Fortunately, that person had gone home for the day and I was able to work with Darryll. He asked good questions, he listened to me, and he understood me. He gave me good advice, was not pushy, and was willing to give me time to process what was happening--I came in for a test drive only, but was smitten with the car, and moving faster than normal for me.
My experience with the business manager, Ray Leduc, was equally pleasant and professional. He explained my options for extras, worked on my behalf to get an acceptable payment with only the ones I wanted, and was attentive and patient again as I processed buying a car quicker than I was planning to. I was also amazed at how efficient they were in getting the car ready for next day delivery when I assured them their was no need to rush.
But I was ready to buy the right car, as I had already done a lot of research, and when I found it, these two men (and those behind them) made the whole experience thoroughly relaxed and without incident.
