This dealership is always so busy that it can be hard to get answers fast or talk to your service advisor. Like most businesses it depends upon who you get to help you. I had the pleasure of dealing with get answers fast or talk to your service advisor. Like most businesses it depends upon who you get to help you. I had the pleasure of dealing with the service writer named Skylar Mcnaulty. I can not say enough about her. She helped me when I arrived at the dealership. Kept me informed, answered my questions and made the experience a very pleasant experience. More
My experience was a good one. Staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. The only issue I had was that after my tyres were rotated I got an alarm the next morning indic Staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. The only issue I had was that after my tyres were rotated I got an alarm the next morning indicating low and inconsistent tyre pressures which meant I had to make a trip to inflate them correctly (something I would have expected to be correct after having had this checked the day prior). “bad gas” scam I recently took my jeep to the dealership as my car misfired still under warranty. After inspection, they told me I had gotten “bad gas” and there has been 3-4 cars that come in a dealership as my car misfired still under warranty. After inspection, they told me I had gotten “bad gas” and there has been 3-4 cars that come in a month with that diagnosis. At first I thought this was sketchy because 1. Reputable car mechanics may see bad gas cases 3-4 a year 2. No reports were filed at the gas station They wanted to charge me $1800 to remove the gas tank, fully clean out the engine, and change the spark plugs. I paid their $150 assessment fee and I decided to take it into a reputable mechanic here in Denver. They tested the gas and it was the exact same quality as the new gas they put in. When I confronted automation, they told me “well, our testing kit is pretty old” Digging into that more, the brand of kit they use for testing gas deposits is from the 1990s when leaded gas was an issue…. After all of this the issue turned out to be the previous owners overfilled the oil, which AutoNation did not test for in their “inspection” More
Everyone at Jeep Autonation was friendly and helpful especially, co Trent the mechanic. He was pleasant and assured me my vehicle would be repaired in a timely manner. Trent kept me informed on the prog especially, co Trent the mechanic. He was pleasant and assured me my vehicle would be repaired in a timely manner. Trent kept me informed on the progress of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When he discovered the issues he explained what needed to be done and the cost. My Jeep drives great and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price. More
