As soon as I made the decision to purchase the car, I felt like I was rushed out of the dealership. When I purchased my Genesis coup at Eckert Hyundai, the dealer that sold us the car brought with him the owner's manual and other brochures to walk us through the vehicle and took real good care of us. The dealer at Automax Hyundai said goodbye to me saying that he had another customer to take care of when I haven't even got started with the finance! Throughout the experience, I felt that the dealer was only concerned about selling the car, not about customer satisfaction. There was too much begging for me to purchase the car and complete the survey, it all kind of made me uncomfortable. It looked unprofessional.
