Car Detail When I made the appointment they said I had to drop off at 7:30am. Tim wrote up the paperwork and informed me it would be $139.95 less the $25 Alexrod When I made the appointment they said I had to drop off at 7:30am. Tim wrote up the paperwork and informed me it would be $139.95 less the $25 Alexrod coupon I had, also it would not be done till that afternoon. I happened to drive by at 2:10 pm and saw my vehicle sitting out and continued to my appointment. I returned about 4:00 pm and it’s still sitting in the same spot so I went in to pick it up only to be told that they never started it yet! At 7:30 pm after getting settled in for the evening I get a phone call saying the car is done from Mr Alexrod who was very apologetic and informative saying he just found out about the service I received. He was extremely helpful and waited until I checked the vehicle and took me inside to pay my bill. Unfortunately this was not the woman who takes care of service payments as she had already left for the day. There was also a salesman in her office who would not leave and kept me talking so she could not explain the charges. I gave her credit card without seeing the bill ans said to use my reward points as I was told I could do when she informed me that all she could do was charge the full amount due unless I wish to return again tomorrow and ask for a refund then use my rewards. After returning home I looked at my invoice and they still charged me $136.41! They added in a shop charge without my knowledge and the guy in the office made sure I could not see the invoice until we had left. Does not make me want to buy another vehicle there seeing as I just leased a high end truck! More

Less then average Well the service department finally decided to replace some part in my truck, seemed like guessing to me. And of course there seems to be another issu Well the service department finally decided to replace some part in my truck, seemed like guessing to me. And of course there seems to be another issue now after they messed with it. The squeaky noise turned into a rattle noise. I have given up hope, either they don’t know what they are doing or GM made a extremely cheap but nice looking vehicle. Consumers need to stop buying with there eyes and demand quaility. I have a lemon and GM is refusing to buy my truck back. A two year old truck that is as good as 15 year old truck. I paid $40,000, better if I just took Uber everywhere. Now I have to ditch out more money to hire a lawyer to try and force there hand. How greedy can GM be after being bailed out with my tax dollars. This is the irony of big business. Justin has terrible customer service skills, walk right by you and not even greet you even though you are waiting for him. More
