Yes, not having a loaner for over a week resulted in me having to call out of work, and no grocery shopping, etc. The service rep. I worked with was good, until a day she had to leave work. She told me tha having to call out of work, and no grocery shopping, etc. The service rep. I worked with was good, until a day she had to leave work. She told me that she left a note for an other rep, and the management. As my frustration grew, I called again. One rep never got back to me with an update and another one (male), hung up on me. Fortunately, there is more than one Cadillac dealership in the metro area. My neighbors echoed my dissatisfaction. I must reiterate that my original rep, was kind, and apologetic. I believe she put her best forward and was unsupported by her team, and management. PS. My car was not washed either. Sincerely, Dr. Genevieve Rainey. More
BEWARE of Frank Kent Cadillac service and sales department!!!! I dropped my Cadillac off at Frank Kent on March 30th at 7 am. I had some error lights and was told that it would take 2 days for m department!!!! I dropped my Cadillac off at Frank Kent on March 30th at 7 am. I had some error lights and was told that it would take 2 days for my car to be looked at. 2 days went by. Three days went by. Four days went by. Finally, I called the dealership and got the excuse that they were moving and someone would call me. No call. I asked about a loaner, and was told they do not have any. I finally got someone on the phone on Saturday April 8th and he said he would be sending me the info on my car in an hour. I told them that when I bought the car in 2020 I got an extended warranty. They said they looked for it in the system and said I never purchased one. I asked them to look in the glovebox to see if there was info about it in there. One service person said he looked and there was no paperwork in the glovebox at all. The other service person said there was but there was no proof of an extended warranty. I know I purchased the warranty. Monday the 10th I called and was finally sent the information regarding my repairs. They told me that the hold up was they were waiting on me to send them info about the warranty (that I purchased from THEM) The total bill had somehow now gone from $4000 to $8000. With no real explanation of what was the issue. I told them I wanted to see proof of the damage and also that I would just trade the car in if indeed it needed that much work. Tuesday the 11th, I received a voicemail from a sales person and made an appointment to go in on Thursday April 13th. Then I got a text from another sales person that said he had a "blessing for me" and he was the best in the business. I called him and explained what I wanted, gave him the product numbers for some cars I was interested in, gave my SSN and my income info. He said he would call me back. The next day I texted him and asked for an update. No response. Then I texted him to ask if he had the chance to figure out financing for me. He responded and asked if I had applied for financing. I assumed that since he took my info, he was putting it into the system. My mistake. That afternoon, I applied for financing and got pre approved. I texted him again and said I was pre approved and he responded with a thumbs up emoji. I have not heard from him again. If that is the best in the business, I would hate to see the worst. Thursday came and a sales manager called and asked if I would be making my appointment. I told her I had 2 conflicting pieces of information regarding a purchase, and that I was not going to spend all day at the dealership. I told her that I wanted to know the trade in value and the financing they can offer BEFORE I go to the dealership. I gave her my budget, and my preferences. This is now the 4th person I have given that info to. She said she would gather the info and call me in an hour. Never got a call back. I called again and spoke to yet another sales manager. Explained AGAIN what was happening and she said she would look into it and call me. Never got a call back. This morning, April 15th at 8:30 am, after my car being with Frank Kent Cadillac for 16 days I finally called and asked for the GM. He was conveniently not available, but the receptionist assured me that if I left him a voice mail he would call me today. I left a very polite voicemail regarding the issue and still have not received a call. By the time Monday comes, they will have had my vehicle for 18 days. After 18 days I know absolutely nothing more about what's wrong with my car or what my trade in value is. At this point, I am going to arrange to have my car removed from their possession and taken to a dealership that I can trust and that considers me to be a valued customer. More
Worst service experience ever. Appointments don’t mean anything to them. The key to our XT4 were in the basket and no one called us. Appointments don’t mean anything to them. The key to our XT4 were in the basket and no one called us. More
