Jon and all the staff at Dreyer & Reinbold VW are the best at providing customer service and taking care of your car. I was unable to get to my appointment the morning I made it. I left shift at the firehouse and came home to my 2 year old sick. Mom had to be at work this particular morning and I had no other option. Julia and Monica had a driver with a VW loaner to me in 30 minutes! I was doing some maintenance and upgrade items, Josh in the shop is excellent at completing work thoroughly and correctly. He even provided pictures of my intake valves pre/post cleaning. Jon makes sure everything with my car and service experience is exceptional, every time. I would say I was impressed, but I am used to the quality and value that I get from years of being a customer here. Thanks so much! More
As an owner of a 2018 VW Tiguan, when I bring it in for it's annual service I am greeted with the most kind, professional staff Alex, Monica and Rachael whom always treat me like a VIP. They cover any concerns I may have, and go over future requirements if needed. When the car is ready, I am greeted by the gracious cashier, Tara whom not only is professional she makes sure to send me off with a good safe trip. All in all I will continue to keep coming back and not only for service, but purchase my next future VW. More
Dreyer & Reinbold Volkswagen is outstanding in taking care of my vehicle needs. They have serviced my previous Volkswagen models through the years. I just wanted to let you know how I’m always amazed at the customer service provided to Service customers at Dreyer & Reinbold VW. From the very beginning, Julia Denham was fantastic getting my car sched the customer service provided to Service customers at Dreyer & Reinbold VW. From the very beginning, Julia Denham was fantastic getting my car scheduled and working out the pick-up and drop-off process. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and made it so seamless. Then, I met Mike who brought me the loaner car and picked up my car. He was so professional and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He even reminded me to grab whatever I might need from my car before he left with it. Mike brought my car back to me sparkling clean. I’ve always thought no one could ever beat Chick-Fil-A with their level of customer service but let me say, y’all have taken the number 1 spot in my eyes!! Thrilled to be a Dreyer & Reinbold customer!! More

An expected experience. Would not recommend their warranty. The 3rd party warranty company they use is kind of sketchy. I had the power train warranty that covers the engine, transmission, mostly moving parts. The 3rd party warranty company they use is kind of sketchy. However, there was another issue with a leak coming from the vacuum pump that was more than twice the cost of the other repair. It was not covered. The service tech was nice enough and wanted to help but took the final word of the warranty company. They offered a discounted price on the repair but it was still out of reach financially and still is. The general manager is now involved and pushing back with their contact at the warranty company. Hoping for the best. More

I bought a Passat from a family friend that is in excellent condition. I ordered an additional key that ended up costing a ridiculous $300. While I waited for over 2 hours for it to be programmed, they took it upon themselves to perform a multi-point inspection. They came back with an estimate for $4,532.83!!! The worst part of this is they said I needed to "Replace the catalytic converter for $1,779.73" when it had just been replaced 10 months before by the former owner. Next on the list was "Replace front lower control arm bushings on both sides for $954.40". I took the car to three different shops and they all agreed, with two shops actually showing me the bushings. So that in fact was not true. Having the tires rotated and balanced for $39.95 was all it needed. And besides every fluid and filter imaginable being listed, they recommended an oil change. Now this was just sure laziness. If they would have looked at the sticker on the windshield they would have seen it had just been done two weeks prior to that! After more than 2 hours I had them pull it out of the car wash line since I was told it might take another hour! I was already fuming over this estimate because I knew I was being lied to. Thank goodness I knew some of the history of this car and had all of the receipts from the previous owner. After he called and chewed them out, ironically I got a new estimate sent by email with some of those items omitted. Downright unethical and shady. Not to mention I'm doubly offended for the sheer fact I'm a female and I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me let alone anyone who doesn't have more than a basic knowledge of automobiles. Which I am lucky enough to have. Go somewhere else. They can't be trusted. They didn't even take the time to top off the fluids like their checklist said they did. More
They caused damage to my car STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL PUT DENTS AND GASHES IN YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! When you have them work on your car, it comes STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL PUT DENTS AND GASHES IN YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! When you have them work on your car, it comes back to you damaged and they refuse to refund my money. Twice I took my beloved Beetle to them and both times it came back with damage on it. The first time I had repair work on the door handle. When I got the car back, it had a gouge in the handle. I thought they were gonna take care of it so I took it back a week later to have a wind up key (aftermarket part that goes on the trunk lid) installed and it came back with a dent in the trunk lid. I called VW customer care for help and Dreyer and Reinbold refuse to even acknowledge the damage they did. VW is disgusted with them. They think I should take my car back to them and let them "fix" it. That is a joke. I have only been to this dealership twice in my life and both times my car has come back with damage. Why in the world would I allow them to touch my car again? I told them to refund my money and we would call it a day. They refused. I filed a dispute with my Mastercard under my buyer protection to get a refund.I shouldn't have to do that. Please feel free to private message me for further details and pictures of the damage these people did to my car. In the mean time....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS, LYING CROOKS. THEY WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE!!! More

I had to go into the dealership, after looking at cars in their lot for over 15 min, to look for a sales person. Turns out one was standing in the foyer watching us. When I asked about buying a car, he said he was waiting on an appointment to arrive and could not help me -- did not offer to find someone who could either. I found another sales person who I persuaded to discuss the cars with me. I asked to test drive the car I was interested in, then was told that they do not let customers take out cars unless the salesperson rides along. I prefer to test drive with out a sales person, because I want to hear the car (road noise, transmission, etc.), not listen to a sales man chatter. The sales manager said that the dealerships insurance company would not let them send out cars on test drives without a salesperson in the vehicle -- might be true, but sounds like a load of bull. No other dealer I have been to has this restriction. This dealership is not helpful or friendly, makes me wonder how they ever sell any cars? Just know before you go there; that they are not eager to sale or answer questions. I hope they don't go bankrupt, but it would not surprise me if they did. More
