Went to take my Stinger in due to the chrome trim starting to fade on one side. They went ahead and replaced it under warranty but they also replaced the other side too as the technician noticed it w starting to fade on one side. They went ahead and replaced it under warranty but they also replaced the other side too as the technician noticed it was slightly starting to fade which probably saved me another future trip. They also went ahead and gave my car a courtesy wash. Super satisfied with the survive and treatment of my vehicle. More

I’ve always had my car serviced in Simi, but they wanted to nickel and dime me there, not Kia in Valencia. They’ve earned a lifelong customer. I wasn’t paid for this, they’re just that darn good.
