Good rxperience with Duval and their people. After looking at many SUV's and comparing them on line (for about 8 months) I boiled it down to 3 SUV's Mazda CX9, Toyota Highlander and the Subaru ou After looking at many SUV's and comparing them on line (for about 8 months) I boiled it down to 3 SUV's Mazda CX9, Toyota Highlander and the Subaru out back. My wife and I looked at all three with sales people. We drove the CX9 and Highlander, we did not drive the Subaru because we have an Outback. So, the Highlander or the CX9. My wife felt that the CX9 had better visibility all around. The sales people in the 2 Toyota dealerships we talked to on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 the best) both were a 5 at best. Duval Mazda said no hassle and no haggle and fair pricing. We talked with Zackery Gordon at Duval and he exceeded our expectations with curtesy, honesty, follow up and follow through. The purchase went smoothly,the price was good, and all went off as represented. Congratulations to Duval Mazda and Zack Gordon. Additionally, it was apparent that all on the floor worked well together. A sign of good management. Don't loose Zack, he is a winner. More

The only grueling experience was waiting for financing; it took almost 2 hours, this is just unacceptable. This is no reflection on the staff, they were great, however, no one should be held hostage waiting and waiting and waiting... it was late in the evening and they only had one person working in finance, I would recommend always having two, it literally took us 20 minutes to close once we were able to get into to see the finance staff. When are paying as much as we do for a new car, better service is expected. More

Simple and easy I had a great experience at Duval Mazda. I needed an oil change and was able to come in, make an appointment for that same day, drop off my car, and p I had a great experience at Duval Mazda. It's within walking distance to my work so I was able to stay at work while my car was being worked on. The staff was helpful and called me to let me know my car was ready before I was done with work for the day. More
