I have been lied to by everyone in the dealership about what's wrong with my car. Make sure you thoroughly check the carfax because they sell a lot of fleet vehicles and call them "one owner" cars. After the sale you are treated as trash and they do not stand by their word. I was told by a previous sales agent of this dealership about their fraudulent tactics and how they operate. PLEASE HAVE THE VEHICLE LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. There are plenty of other uses car dealerships so please do your research before buying from King Suzuki. Worst experience ever! I looked at a nice SUV. Took it for a test drive. Nobody would tell me the price of the vehicle until I went back inside at which time they started th I looked at a nice SUV. Took it for a test drive. Nobody would tell me the price of the vehicle until I went back inside at which time they started their high pressure, bullying tactics. I had to fill out paperwork, and finally got a price of almost $30,000. I then looked the car up on Kelly blue book and it came in under $15,000. They were insulting when I questioned the gross inflation of their price. I have never been treated with such disrespect. We don't need people like this in our town. Horrible...will NEVER return.
