So finally I determined that Markley Honda was the most economical, and clearest upfront about the costs for each aspect of the service. I went with a bit of fear and trembling, not knowing if this would be a good or bad experience. Well, I was super impressed. Matt looked after me from start to finish and made sure that everything was exactly as stated. They also completed the work much faster than I had originally been told. All in all, my wife and I were very pleased and will definitely be returning. More

Excellent customer service, goes above and beyond We dealt with Chris the service representative for a needed repair in January 2019. Friendly professional service. He educated us on what was needed t We dealt with Chris the service representative for a needed repair in January 2019. Friendly professional service. He educated us on what was needed to replace a part for our Honda Odyseey van—power steering pump and belt (after 134,000 miles). We have purchased many Odysseys from Markleys over the last 20 years. We feel that our loyalty to them as customers has been rewarded by fairly priced, timely, and friendly service. We tend to drive our vehicles to a higher mileage of 200,000 miles or so and Markleys has helped us keep them going. Chris Wahle in particular has been extremely helpful in taking care of us. I would like to share a specific example. . We have an elderly friend who needed some extra help and Chris and Markleys upper management helped her in a way that went above and beyond a typical dealership. They proved in that moment that they care about their customers as people and community members. In short, they have a heart. They have earned our continued loyalty. More

He was courteous and answered all my questions. The service was completed quickly while I had free coffee and cookies in the customer waiting area. More
